Pick up a new puppy from them. A couple of months later I noticed that the dog had a bad limp. Took him to the vet for a checkup. It was found that he had hip dysplasia. The vet wrote a statement to this fact. The information was given to the breeder. Breeder wanted more proof. Dog was taken to the UF animal clinic for eval. Was again repotted as a bad case of hip dysplasia. Sent this information to the breeder. Was told they would replace the puppy with a new one when they had one. I was told I could keep the one I had, as they would just put the dog down. That was 3 years ago, and the dog has not been replace even though they have had several litters. The dog passed away from the treatment of his hip. I have requested my money back several times.
Claimed loss: I have lost over $1,000.00 in getting the requested information to them about the dog's condition.
Desired outcome: I would like my $2,500.00 back that I paid for the puppy.
