Started communications with this company November 2020 from two different email adresses [protected]@hotmail.com and [protected]@hotmail.com
The company never responded as per agreed timelines so i rewquested a refund.
Was promised a refund which never came in an email on 29/09/2021 @ 16.12

The company has merged since my communications with them so not sure what they now go as
Claimed loss: £250
Desired outcome: Refund the previously agreed amount of £250
