I recently visited Watsons Philippines at Centro Mall Santiago City Isabela and I have to say, I was not impressed with the service I received from the cashier on duty. Throughout the entire transaction, Diane didn't smile and had a frown on her face. This is not the first time I've encountered her at the store and she's always like this. I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I didn't heed her advice and proceeded to make my purchase because it was needed by my senior citizen mother, and I had waited long enough.
I have some questions for the Watsons Management:
1. Do you provide proper training to your Store Managers, Supervisors, and personnel, including the guard, on how to handle customer relations? The guard was talking to another customer in a not-so-nice tone, which is not acceptable.
2. Is it allowed in your policy to have a break earlier than 11 am, considering that the store just opened at 9 am?
Lastly, I gave my SMAC card to the supervisor, but my details were not printed on the receipt. I hope this can be verified through CCTV footage.
I am looking forward to a proper process about this incident to be handled by the Watsons Management.

I asked if they could text me when it arrived, but they said no and gave me a card with a phone number to call or text to inquire about the delivery. I called and texted that number 20 times, but nobody ever replied.
To make matters worse, when I tried to file a complaint on their website, it didn't work. I received an error message saying "internal server error." It's frustrating to see a company with so much potential be so incompetent.

Bought some products worth 1100, I have 2, 1000 bills, upon paying the product I wanted to purchase those bills I have went money detector (they see some pink thread but missing pink thread on the pearl) so they asked me if I have other bills, I asked them is it fake? They say its not really fake but it’s missing a thread. Those bills are fresh from atm machine (bdo). It’s offensive that they can’t authenticate my money - and the lady I spoke with is rude very insensitive, she asked questions that makes me uncomfortable.
