I have not received any assistance from teresa waveg representative handling apt complex; her egregious conduct blocked text because she lied to family member hasn't helped at all neither from customer care since waveg has (10) digit phone number goes away any customer service help straight to billing w/o services rendered (no internet) vs unfair business practices? It's october going to november and failed to rectify fraudulent +unnecessary billing practices vs force to pay for (no service) monthly w/o internet esp not received any bills except for sept 10, 2021 termination waveg never received have problem you can't contact and they don't respond
Desired outcome: Terminate fees when I have no Internet
