WC Mon Funsource review: Unauthorized charges! 1

I dealt with this company last October of 2019 who called their package or system and themselves Great Fun. They tried to sell me some membership for which there was a $1.99 trial period which I did agree to, but afterward I really didn't see any value or that I would use it, so I cancelled it!

I thought nothing else about it because I know that I cancelled. Now this month, a whole year later, I notice a charge on credit card for WC Mon Funsource for $29.95! I call to inquire who they are and why they're charging my card and not only does the lady lie and say they've been charging me for a few months but she keeps trying to insist that I let her tell me how to use this membership! Then when I tell her that this was cancelled and insist on finding out exactly how many months they've been charging me, she hangs up on me! Then I call back and speak to John who tells me they've been charging me since last year! After I insit that I cancelled last year after the trial period, he tries to tell me that it wasn't cancelled until the first lady who hung up on me cancelled it! When I reiterate that it was definitely cancelled last October, he hangs up on me too! Now they're trying to argue with my credit card company about giving me a full refund when they completely and fraudulently charged my card 14 times after I definitely cancelled their unuseful membership! If I didn't see the value in it being $1.99, I definitely didn't see and wouldn't have agreed to them charging me $29.95 for another 14 months!

I did a Secretary of State search on this company in all 50 states so that I could do a BBB complaint on this company and didn't find ANY information! Not even in Minnesota where they're supposed to be located! They know once they give you one name and one charge, you're not going to expect or look for another charge from another company on your statement! This place should be investigated, closed down and barred from doing any more business period because they're just out to cheat people out of their money!
