UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES - SCAM
Funsource will send you an email like the one I copied below.
I never sign in with them for any services.
I assume that they had my cc information from one of this sources I paid recently:
Paypal
Ebay
Linkedin
These are the only new payments that coincide with the dates they said I sign in for their services.
If I haven't sign in for their services they obtain my information from another source and the mentioned vendors are the only ones whom I shared my CC number/address etc.
If you are a victim.. is better to return your debit card/CC and ask a new number. If this doesn't work. Close your bank account.
It can be inside fraud. Someone is giving this fraudsters cc information.

This company fraudulently charged my elderly in-laws too! Getting the charges reversed has been a nightmare. Bank of America has been absolutely no help - "They company promised they would credit the account, so Bank of America considers it resolved." Check your statements EVERY MONTH. They apparently start at 1.95 to see if the charge goes through, then charge 24.95 every month till you catch it and "cancel" the service. They refund nothing.

How do I stop them from charging me and how do I get my money back?
Call the number on the billing statement [protected] Just called them right now since my card was just charged. They do ask if you bought anything over the phone ( off tv) just say No you didn’t buy anything. You need the chargers to be refunded and the membership canceled

I have no idea what this is for but I am being charged 24.99 plus tax total cost 29.99for 3 months I am on disability I need my money back
They have been taking my money from my ssi check for quite some time . Always 29.99 what should I do

They have been charging for over 10 months. When I called them (from the number in the cc statement) I asked about a refund and I heard something about a form but before I could clarify what was said she hung up on me. I called again to figure it out. The lady didn't like that I kept mentioning fraud so she transferred me to a supervisor. He confirmed the address (which they had partially wrong) so they could send a form that we need to fill out and send back in for a refund. I kept pushing to see if there was an online way or they could just refund me since it was fraud and the supervisor "John" hung up on me. I called again and got another lady that basically asked why I kept calling because it was taken care of. I said it wasn't and it was not okay how I was being treated. She confirmed the address (which was wrong again) then fixed it and I kept pushing because we needed a way to fast track this. She transferred me to her supervisor because as she put it "I'm not going to listen to her either". I got John again and expressed that it was not okay for me to get hung up on several times and I was looking for a way to express this. He just mentioned the form again and I said "okay, well what about the customer services reps being extremely rude, as well as being hung up on" I said "It's not okay." We need this figured out because it was fraud and they did not have permission to take the money out. He mentioned the form again and hung up on me... AGAIN. I will be calling every week, several times a week, until we get a refund. This is unacceptable and wrong. I made a report to the Better Business Burro. I hope they get shut down quick.

This company (Fun source) has charged my elderly mother 44.95 and no way to contact them cause the left a digit off on her bank statement. [protected] ?. If anyone has a way to contact these scam artists please let me know.

Just found a second charge for the same address for another 44.95 with a different name and number and a missing digit once again on the phone number. Value Plus [protected] ?. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
