Living Hell, They reel you in with a 'professional website' FAKE REVIEWS. Then when you put a deposit down they drop communication and send you to a team in INDIA to make the website. Unfortunately the team they have in India aren't professional website designers and you are always in communication with different people and your concerns aren't addressed. Then when you contact the complaints board they don't issue you with a refund. They TAKE your money then RUN. We're down £300... no website... months down the line... An absolute disgrace. They need to go to JAIL because it's a SCAM... Spread the word.

Agree 100% had exactly the same problems strung us along for months with nothing but shoddy design and very, very poor service. Never ended up with a working website after 6 months gave up and went elsewhere. SEO service is particularly awful and detrimental to our website in fact Google analytics showed results got far WORSE during webcreationuk's time working on it. Avoid at all costs you will regret the day you ever went near them and it will cost you dear to put it right, too. My advice is use local people, who work in your area not in India, and who will actually speak with you and who don't want huge sums up front without anything to show for it.
Completely agree. My website was supposedly "hacked" 2 months ago and apparently still needs a lot of work doing to it. I speak to web creation UK on the phone everyday, they leave me on hold for half an hour then tell me my website will be sorted by the following day. Then I speak to the web developer in India and she says it could be weeks. Complete waste of a lot of money. I deeply regret using Web Creation UK.
