West Valley Humane Society review: Complaint

I want to complain how i was treated with the staff workers at west valley humane society I lost my dog I called to claim it because I had it only 2 months they needed the previous owners to claim also that they gave it to my granddaughter as a gift all that was information was given before the 5 day deadline but it was still put up for adoption I only was given 1 chance to have my dog back I had to pay $409 adoption fees I was only short $2 so they told me to resedule I tried to resedule they would not return or emai me when I finally got ahold of them my dog was already adopted they I really don't think he should have been up for adoption when they had all they needed before the 5 day deadline they knew that was my dog they knew I wanted my dog back they they would not respond so I could resedule I emailed them left message before they open no response I finally got them to respond and they told me he was adopted I miss my dog I am so depressed
