Western Wealth Communities review: Refund of $259 back on my card not a check which is a deposit only

To whom it may concern:

I am writing regarding a recent transaction that was done on my bank statement of cashapp of doing an online application for my daughter's an apartment. I used my card to apply for an apartment application and administration fee of the 204.60. Two days later she was denied the apartment, so I called and spoke with Prapa and Marie to have the check sent in my name I provide my name and mailing address. I received the check this week, under JPMorgan Chase and spoke with a bank teller and she indicated to have her to sign the check on the back payable in my name and for me to sign it payable to me.

I have called JP Chase and a bank officer indicated to have Adrien to endorse the back of the check “pay to the o, the rental office for the account of 2025 W. Indian School apartment. I have attached her license, which she just moved back from Kansas City, MO.

So, we did exactly what the bank teller told me to do. for my daughter on 3/6/2022 with WWI i did the application and the administration fee and they sent a check back was drawn up on her name but the transaction was done through my banking account I'm trying to deposit the check my daughters endorsed it and pay to the order of me so I could put it back into my account if you could be so kind through PayPal and my account. I explained that this is unethical and fraud to take from minority's and not sending the refund back in the same form of payment. Now we have to open a bank account with Chase because it is set up for deposit only per the bank officer at Chase bank on 44th and Camelback. Can you please help me so this does not happen to any other person like myself?
