The man who runs this company, Chad Lupia, has been taking appraisal fee oney from a bank located in New Jersey and stealing the money and not paying the appraisers. Mr Lupia has stolen over $40, 000 that is known from 7 appraisers and is now attempting to hide behing bankruptcy. This is just the beginning, once the appraisers are contaced in other states, I'm sure they'll be a much longer list of people who were robbed.
