Wheeler Auction and Real Estate LLC and Proxibid review: Error in auction bid and Proxibid refuses to review recorded records for truth and accuracy.

I attended an auction by Wheeler Auction in Paris Missouri on 7/30/2022 and was supported by online bidding by Proxibid. I was monitoring many items at sale due to the fact Wheeler was operating more than1ring. I was approved to bid on Proxibid ring #1 however due to the possible price I was physically present. I Bid on item #859, ring #1 and also monitored Proxibid. I purchased item #859 for $23,500.00 and also verified this on Proxibid and took a screenshot on my phone which verified price and sales of item #859 for $23,500.00. This sales took place at approximately 10:30 a.m. c.s. t.. I also purchase earlier that morning another item #570 ring #3. After the purchase of item #859 I made an arrangement with a local hauling company to move item #859 on Monday due to its size and weight. Approximately 3:29 p.m. c.s. t. I tried to pay for the above items and item #570 was not an issue however item #859's price was $24,500.00 not $23,500.00. I stated there must be a mistake and showed (2) them my screenshot showing $23,500.00. manager than looked up Proxibid herself and returned saying Proxibid is not always correct and their price is $24,500.00. She went on and said they have it on a recording. I said I wish to see and hear recording and if I bid $24,500.00 I would purchase item #859. See refused and the owner Mr. Wheeler came in and said $24,500.00 was the price and I explained I wish to see and hear the recorded sales he refused and said he was to busy. I then said I will come back at a later time when he wasn't so busy. He said $24,500.00 was the price and I said I would not pay that price. He turned and as he walked away I said so you refuse to show me the evidence. He turned and walked toward me, pointed his finger at me and said remove yourself from the premise and don't ever return. I left as instructed (it was his property) and was never allowed to at least purchase item #570. Both sales were a legal execution contract and could be verified by recorded records. Since this event I sent nine e-mails and two letters making an attempt to resolve however, NO ONE responded.

I contacted Proxibid by phone on 7/31/2022 at 12:43 p.m. c.s. t. (10 mins, 17 sec.) this person said Wheeler was using their platform and their personal was entering data for rings #1 and #2 and they had no way to help me. I am sure Proxibid has an agreement with Wheeler to ensure the integrity and the results reported and there accuracy concerning their platform usage which should be a concern of their's. Further I am sure there is a requirement concerning the storage of this data which also should be a concern of Proxibid. All I ask was to hear and see the recordings and we could determine who was at fault. Tried to add photo's however they returned as errors.
