I attended a presentation that was supposed to be 90 minutes.. We were there for 4.5 hours. I had said no 5 times... I get suckered in. I did land up purchasing because what I was promised. Fast forward two years later... I never used the timeshare because everything that they told me turned out to be false. I was told that I would have no issues finding any resort I wanted.. Not the case. I was told I could use the points to book cruises with no extra cost. This is not the case either as it cost more then booking without them.

At this point, I have stopped making payments and after many phone calls and emails to them to get this timeshare off my hands they threaten with sending my account to collections to ruin my credit. I just want this off my hands and do not know where to turn. I have medical issues which is one of the reasons I stopped paying. They have no consideration and no flexibility to do help. I was told that this was equally if not more important than the rent for my home. I do not care if I get any of the money I have already paid, I just want to be done with this.
