Willy Goat review: Swing set

Purchased a swing set on their website. The site indicated that items typically ship fast ("same day"), but soon it was disclosed that it would be weeks before they would ship anything. Waited 8 weeks, and they indicated that the items shipped. The tracking website was updated daily with new estimated delivery dates. Waited weeks, and according to the tracking site the items were not actually being shipped. Willy Goat (Gail) indicated that her contacts at the shipping company informed her the shipment was short, and delayed. I'm not sure the "shipping company" wasn't also Willy Goat because neither of these entities seemed willing/able to provide any accurate information.

I've now waited several additional weeks hoping to receive something. I've had to resort to disputing the charge on my credit card because I don't believe they have actually attempted to ship anything.
