Union Supply of Wisconsin scams their customers during the holiday months do that they can meet their end of the year quota. They say their system had a clitch in which it charges the customers they have already paid for the packages 2 times more so a total of three times. When I called to ask about the transaction I was informed in the rudest tone that my money should be back on my card within 24-48hrs in which I waited nothing happened I called back and they stated it'll be back on by Friday. The original transaction took place on on the 15th and the "system" began charging my card almost a week later. Here it is 3wks since the original transaction and 2wks since my card was over charged. I've tried calling the company states they are only relaying the information the accounting department told them to. Yet still no money and over the course of the 2wks in just tryna figure out where my money is I've been hung up on 3 times and left on hold while supposedly waiting to talk to a supervisor. It's companies like this that make it hard to look out for our loved ones we are not the inmates. We get up everyday we work and we tend to our children and business. DOC allows these 3rd party companies to handle the families of these inmates like we did a crime. I'm reporting this company and if you all have sense you'll report them to your local BBB office
