Wly*CompleteSaving review: Fraud

Fraudently deducting £15.00 on 3 December and 4th January by direct debit which I did not under any circumstances set up! Am visiting my bank to tomorrow to see what legal steps I can take. I am 75 and do little on line shopping and need to look after my pension money!
It seems they make a standard withdrawal of £15.00 every month. How they obtain the bank details and are able to set up a standing order I have no idea. I have enclosed a photo of many other complaints so this not a one of apparently.
