I'm choosing to write this report as a help to homeowners. Wonder Windows is not a trustworthy company to do business with. I ordered two double-hung windows back in November, 2022 and paid 50% of the cost as the deposit. The salesperson told me they would be installed in February, 2023. I ordered 2 doors and some other stuff from Wonder Windows on May 26. I got a copy of the agreement and everything. But then I called them a bunch of times in August, September, October, and November and they always said the same thing - that because of covid, they couldn't get the materials. So I waited all winter, from December to March 2022, before calling again on March 15. But when I called, nobody answered. I kept calling 3 or 4 times a week after that, but the girl who answered the phone (Anna) was always away from her desk. I left a message, but nobody called me back. So then I called Nick P, the salesman, and he said he was let go in November and told me to call the ComplaintsBoard.com. I did that, but as of today (April 11, 2022), I still haven't heard anything from the company.
