My name is Donna, I wish to let Etsy know to file a complaint about a vendor. I already did months ago but the staff emailed and told me that because the vendor went outside of Etsy that Etsy could not help. I went on the Etsy website and at the WoodDen, Ryan Meyer? He advertised for like $400.00 a memorial bench for my brother that died. He asked that I call him to get give him details, and then to call his staff to make a payment - and at the time I did not think about it not paying thru Etsy. Well, he was 3 months late providing me the bench, he sent me a image of a laser image to be made on the bench he did not do that he did someting different attempting to hand carve his face and it unfortunately is very bad. I asked that it be worked on, he then told me it would be more money for shipping to pay. I can provide pictures of the large difference of what was to be and what was received. When I got the bench it he looked like he may of spent an hour trying to fix it but still real bad work. I complained to him he said there was nothing he could do and then I complained to Etsy. Etsy talked to him but he then said because I complainned to Etsy that he was going to charge me more money - how abusive and threatening is that.
Desired outcome: I would like to return the bench and get a full refund 750.00.
