I recently had to cancel my membership to this club because the condition of the club was extremely dirty, I was very dissapointed as I was extremely excited to use the pool which was filthy and the Jacuzzi which was promised to open in a couple of weeks and never opened in the months I was there, also they actually allow people that have just worked out with gym clothes and sneakers still on to go into sauna like that! ! The health dept would close them right down! I am going elsewhere with my money!
These people at workout world are horrible I canceled my membership when covid 19 hit and when they close down I haven't used my membership at all and they are charging me a $167 they have it on my credit report which is going downhill because of that If somebody wants to cancel a membership they should have to go through so much problem I am disputing it and if I have to I will take this to court I can pay for that. They also already put me in collections 4 years ago now all of a sudden there's a new inquiry on it I didn't think they could do something like that Once The company put you in collections they are not allowed to call you and work out world did call me 3 weeks ago
I had canceled my membishop when covid 19 came out. Also the gym closed but they did take their money out during the epidemic. I also caught covid 3 times during this first I went into the club then emailed at the time the information they gave me did all this twice. They had put me in collections Now last month I got a phone call From workout world telling me I owe a balance of a $162 then the week after they put it back in collectionow I did not use this gym membership after I canceled I don't understand how hard it has to be to cancel something like this You should not make your Clients have to jump through hoops to cancel a gym membership I've about had it there is got to be something that can be done and if I have to take it to court I guess I'm going to have to do that because everybody I talk to is really rude and ignorant and they don't know how to cancel a membership I refuse to pay money for something I did not use In workout world should be ashamed of themselves They don't give out any information on corporate so you can't get in touch with anybody.
