Pathetic customer service. Cancelling and any issues requires forms, certified letters and generally they make it very difficult to get anything done if it falls outside of normal day-to-day routine. It's not called for, considering this gym charges a premium to several competitors in the area but does not provide anything resembling premium customer service. A certified letter to cancel, really? Submitting paperwork just to have someone from corporate office to contact you, REALLY?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
He expects this transaction to happen in 2-3 months. I would however not form part of the initial transaction since I don't have the 100K shares that were required. He however thinks there will be a second transaction in that the buyer collects the smaller positions at a lower price.
