Third party losers
If you want to pay triple, get taken advantage of and speaks to a group of idiots filing in for customer service this the right place. Don't waste your time and hard earned money with these fools. Your better off buying tickets for anything they have directly from the business you want to visit or use. You pay with them one and it fees keep rolling in. When you think it's a deals they really not helping just basically selling you a dream that ain't true
Recommendation: Do not use run away
Never again
I finally took advantage of this program offered as a discount program through my work because my grandmother unexpectedly passed away. I booked the room 8/12/23 in a city I’ve never been in besides once as a child, on a Saturday evening and woke up the next morning to leave, realizing that I was instructed by another family member incorrectly of where I was supposed to book. Immediately after finding out, I called customer service; less than 8 hours after booking the room, and asked if there was any way they could cancel and refund so I could book a room in the correct city where the funeral was to take place. They told me they would look into my situation and get back to me within 72 hours, ENSURING they would make sure this would be taken very seriously and help me out due to the sensitivity of the situation. Unfortunately, because I couldn’t have it refunded or rebooked at another hotel (they did not offer to help AT ALL with that) I could not afford to book another hotel, which caused me to miss my grandmothers funeral. I had not heard anything from them after the 72 hours, so I emailed from the email thread I originally received stating that they would be in contact, asking for a result. I received no response so I called. They told me that the request had been denied because the hotel told them no. I called the hotel directly and they told me they had not even RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR MY ROOM! I emailed working advantage AGAIN to inform them of this entire situation, and they JUST NOW 9/1/2023 emailed me back, almost a month later, telling me the request was denied by the hotel AGAIN. THEY NEVER PAID THE HOTEL. THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL WITHIN THE 72 HOURS AS PROMISED. It may be $159 to them, but it was my grandmother to me, that this horrible awful company has cost me my final goodbyes, almost a MONTH of turmoil.
Recommendation: Don’t use them. Just find a different agency or pay the extra cost. Not worth the discount at ALL
Working Advantage: A Company That Doesn't Respect Privacy or Customers
I gotta say, I've been getting these emails from Working Advantage (workingadvantage.com) every day and it's getting pretty annoying. I never even signed up for their spam list and I don't even know who they are. I had to block them from my server because they just won't stop. It's pretty clear that they don't care about ethics or respecting people's privacy.
I did some research and it turns out that they have a pretty bad reputation for treating their actual customers poorly. I mean, if they're willing to spam people who never even signed up for their emails, imagine how they treat the people who actually give them money. It's pretty scary stuff.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using Working Advantage at all. It's just not worth the risk. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and won't spam you every day. So save yourself the headache and avoid Working Advantage at all costs.
Avoid Working Advantage: Terrible Customer Service and a Rip-Off Company
lot of money.
Working Advantage is a website that offers discounts on various products and services, including travel and entertainment. However, my experience with this company was not a good one. I booked a vacation through them, but they made a mistake and booked it for the wrong dates. When I realized the error just an hour later, I contacted them to request a refund. They told me that I could get a refund if I changed my booking by midnight, but they refused to give me a refund when I tried to do so.
As a result of their mistake, I had a terrible vacation. I was very disappointed with their service and their lack of willingness to help me. When I tried to get more information about the third party involved in my booking, they just ran in circles and refused to give me any information. I was very frustrated with their customer service, which was located in India and the Philippines.
In my opinion, Working Advantage is a rip-off company that should be avoided at all costs. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not care about their customers. I would recommend that you book your travel and entertainment directly through a hotel or other provider, and sign up for their rewards program to get the best deals. Do not waste your time or money with these clowns. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
Working Advantage Review: Third-Party Reservation Site Caused Confusion with Credit Card Purchase
I recently had an experience with Working Advantage and wanted to share my thoughts. I decided to book a flight using their website and used my United Airline credit card to make the purchase. However, when I received my confirmation from the airline, they informed me that the tickets were not purchased with my credit card. This was confusing to me since I had used it to make the purchase.
I contacted United Airline and they explained that since Working Advantage is a third-party reservation site, they pay for the tickets directly and not through the credit card used to make the purchase. They suggested that I reach out to Working Advantage to correct the issue, as they have dealt with similar situations with travel agents in the past.
I contacted Working Advantage and explained the situation. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me with the issue and instead offered me a solution. They informed me that they had spoken with United Airline and that they had declined the request to correct the purchase. They suggested that if I wanted to add bags to my reservation, I could do so directly on the United Airlines website by typing in the confirmation code.
Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. It was frustrating to have to deal with the issue and not receive any assistance from Working Advantage. However, I appreciated their effort to find a solution and the fact that they had reached out to United Airline on my behalf. I would recommend using caution when booking through Working Advantage and making sure to double-check any reservations made through their site.
Working Advantage: A Scam Company That Takes Advantage of Customers
I recently used the website of Working Advantage as I started my new job. It was recommended by my company, so I thought it would be a good idea to use it. However, I soon realized that it was a scam. I booked a hotel through their website and was charged $641.00. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that I could have gotten the same room for only $470.00, including tax. I immediately called Working Advantage to get a refund, but they refused to give me one. To make matters worse, the representatives I spoke to were very rude and belligerent towards me. They acted as if I had done something wrong and were not willing to help me in any way.
At the time, I was homeless with my son and was trying to find a cheap place to stay with my first paycheck. I felt like I had been taken advantage of and was very upset about the situation. Working Advantage did not save me any money, and now they were refusing to refund my money. They made me feel like I was in the wrong, even though I had done nothing wrong.
I have since hired a lawyer and will be suing Working Advantage. I was not informed of their charges, and I was not aware that I would be scammed out of all my money. I want to warn others not to use this company. They are a scam, and they will take advantage of you if given the chance. I hope that my experience will help others avoid the same mistake that I made.
Working Advantage Hotel Booking Review: A Nightmare Experience with No Customer Support
Listen up folks, I gotta tell you about my experience with Working Advantage and their hotel booking service. Let me just say, it was not a good one. If you're thinking about using this site to book a hotel, I highly recommend you think twice. Why, you ask? Well, let me tell you.
My family and I booked a hotel room in San Diego through Working Advantage, and unfortunately, on the first night of our stay, our room flooded. It was a real bummer, but the hotel staff were quick to take care of us and even refunded our money through their partnership with Expedia. That's right, Working Advantage partners with Expedia for their hotel bookings. And get this, it turns out it would have been cheaper to book directly through Expedia than through Working Advantage. What a rip-off!
But here's the real kicker. When I tried to contact Working Advantage's customer support to get a refund, all I got were automated responses. No real help or support whatsoever. It was a nightmare. So, take it from me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Working Advantage for your hotel bookings. You'll end up paying more and won't even get the support you need if something goes wrong. Trust me, it's not worth it.
Working Advantage Review: Frustrating Website and Email Marketing Practices
I decided to give Working Advantage a try after learning that my employer had partnered with them to offer discounts on travel and entertainment activities. I was also intrigued by the additional perks, such as discounts on Sam's Club and other retailers. However, my experience with the website left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
One of the first issues I encountered was with the search function on the website. I attempted to search for "Costco," but the site froze as it searched for any results that began with the letter "C." Each time I entered a new letter, the site would lock up until it returned a list of results. This made it difficult to quickly find what I was looking for, and I found myself becoming increasingly frustrated with the site's functionality.
But the most frustrating aspect of my experience with Working Advantage has been the constant stream of emails I receive from them. Despite my attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing list, I continue to receive daily emails from the company. I have called their customer service line three times in an attempt to resolve this issue, but even when I follow their step-by-step instructions, I still receive unwanted emails.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Working Advantage. While the concept of discounted travel and entertainment activities is appealing, the website's search function and email marketing practices left much to be desired. I would recommend that others proceed with caution when considering signing up for this service.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Working Advantage: Avoid at All Costs
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Working Advantage. I was trying to book some ski lift tickets, and let me tell you, the listing was about as clear as mud. I made a simple mistake, and when I tried to get a refund or reschedule, the customer service rep I talked to was just plain nasty. I mean, they were throwing insults left and right, telling me I couldn't read and all kinds of other passive aggressive nonsense. I finally got transferred to a "supervisor," but they were just as rude and unhelpful. I work in customer service myself, and I've never been treated so poorly by a supposed "customer service team." It was a total waste of time and money, and I ended up with a $250 ski ticket that I can't even use. Trust me, folks, it's not worth the discount to deal with this kind of headache. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
Disappointing Experience with Working Advantage: Issues with Rentals and Flights
I've given Working Advantage a try twice now, and unfortunately, I've had some issues both times. The first time, I tried to rent something through the app, but when I got to the rental place, they told me that my reservation had been canceled on their end. I had to wait a whole week to get my money back, which was really frustrating. The second time, I booked a flight through the app and waited and waited for confirmation. I waited for a whole hour before I decided to take matters into my own hands because I was running out of time. Then, after I had already made other plans, I finally got an email saying that my flight had been processed. I called to cancel and get my money back, but once again, I was told that I would have to wait.
It's really frustrating because they don't seem to have any problem taking your money, but they have a lot of trouble returning it. It's not fair to put people in a bind like that. If they can't confirm flights when they're trying to process them, then why take the money in the first place?
I think Working Advantage really needs to work on their email confirmations. They should send them out right away when the booking is made, not hours later. And they need to make sure that they can actually confirm rentals and flights before they take people's money. It's just not right to cancel someone's booking or make them wait for a refund.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Working Advantage. I don't think I'll be using their app again anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience with Working Advantage: Poor Customer Service and Reservation Issues
I recently used Working Advantage to book a flight and hotel stay for my upcoming vacation. However, I am starting to regret my decision. I made the reservation yesterday and, like most people, I expected to receive a confirmation email shortly after. But it's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received anything.
I decided to contact the airline to check on our flight and thankfully, they confirmed that everything was in order. However, when I called the hotel, I ran into some issues. They initially told me that they had received our reservation, but this morning, the money was returned to my account. I contacted Working Advantage to see what was going on, but they claimed that they couldn't find any reservations under my name.
Feeling frustrated and worried about our upcoming trip, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to could only take my name and phone number and promised that someone would call me back. This was not the kind of customer service I was expecting.
As an executive for my employer, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Working Advantage. I had hoped that this would be a great way to save money on our vacation, but instead, it has turned into a nightmare. I will be ending our relationship with them and looking for a better discount site for our employees in the future.
Terrible Experience with Working Advantage: Do Not Book Flights with Them!
I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews but I just had to warn y'all about my terrible experience with Working Advantage. Let me tell you, DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHTS WITH WORKING ADVANTAGE EVER. My company uses them as a discount site for employees so I thought I'd give them a try. Big mistake. I ended up losing $415. Yeah, you heard me right.
So, here's what happened. Me and my partner booked flights through them and unfortunately tested positive for covid 2 days before our flight. We were devastated, obviously. When we called them to figure out what to do about our flights, we were told it was the airline's policy to charge us $200 for the canceled flights. What the heck, right? When we purchased our flights, we also purchased a "purchase guarantee" which apparently is good for nothing. When I asked them to explain what the purchase guarantee covers they continued to just say it only protects them from raising the price of our tickets! Like, what kind of guarantee is that? Once you buy tickets through an airline, they would never change your prices after purchase!?
We explained our situation over and over again and we were told to contact the airline directly. Once we called the airline, we were told by the customer service rep that working advantage is being shady and that the airline policy is that if you cancel due to covid, that they would give us a full refund. The airline couldn't even find our reservation anymore because working advantage canceled the flights even though we told them not to do anything until we talked to the airline. Can you believe that? We called Working Advantage back and they proceeded to apologize and say that they in fact do have a covid policy. They said we needed to send them pictures of our covid tests but would not accept at home testing results so we had to go to urgent care to get a report from a physician. We have sent them our covid reports from urgent care and were told that they will fill out paperwork and send it to the airline for review. I called today to follow up and was told that the airline denied our request for a refund and that they will fill out more paperwork and get back to us. They said "if we even get a refund it wouldn't be for 2-3 billing cycles anyway. They told me to book a new flight and when I get the refund I'll be all set. Yeah, right. As if I'm gonna trust them again.
When I hung up from Working Advantage, I called the airline directly and they stated they have not received any paperwork for a refund request. I called Working Advantage back and requested to speak with a manager. I was told I would get a phone call back that evening. No one called. WORKING ADVANTAGE REPS ARE LIARS. I mean, seriously, we've spent hours on the phone with them trying to get our money back and they ignore our emails and give us the run around on the phone. This company shouldn't be allowed to be in business. They don't do anything to help you and if you book through them, the airlines can't do anything to help you. My lesson has been learned and I will always book directly through the airlines going forward. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. And let me tell you, I'll remove my review once they give me my refund.

workingadvantage.com is a website that I've used a few times now to book travel and other fun activities. I gotta say, I'm not super impressed with it. Whenever I try to compare prices with other sites, Working Advantage always seems to be more expensive. It's a real bummer, because I was hoping to save some money by using this site.
I've looked at rental cars, hotel rooms, and even package deals, and Working Advantage always seems to be more expensive than other sites. I'm not sure why this is, but it's definitely frustrating. I mean, isn't the whole point of using a site like this to save money?
That being said, I have used Working Advantage to book a few things, and the process was pretty easy. I didn't have any issues with the site crashing or anything like that, which is always a plus. But the prices just aren't competitive enough for me to want to use this site on a regular basis.
Overall, I'd say that Working Advantage is an okay site if you're not too concerned about saving money. But if you're like me and you're always looking for the best deal, you might want to look elsewhere.
Unresponsive and Frustrating Experience with Working Advantage Logo Placement
So, I was trying to get my company's logo on the Working Advantage website, but it was a real pain in the neck. I tried again and again, but it just wouldn't work. And when I reached out to them for help, they never got back to me. It's really frustrating when you're trying to do something and it just doesn't work out. I wouldn't recommend using this company if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.

Working Advantage Review: Scam Alert! Don't Waste Your Money
So, I had a really bad experience with Working Advantage. I was trying to buy tickets for an event, and I thought it was all legit because it was through Paychex. But boy was I wrong! They took my money and never sent me the tickets. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I mean, come on, I was really looking forward to that event!
I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim with my credit card company just to get my money back. It was such a headache. I really wish I had known better and avoided Working Advantage altogether.
Lesson learned, folks. Don't trust everything you see online, even if it seems like it's from a reputable source. Always do your research and read reviews before making any purchases. And definitely avoid Working Advantage if you don't want to go through the same headache that I did.
Disappointing Experience with Working Advantage: No Confirmation, No Rooms, No Refund
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Working Advantage. I went and booked a hotel through them and they took all my money upfront. But now it's been five whole days and I still ain't got no confirmation from the hotel. And to make matters worse, when I called up the hotel they told me they ain't got no rooms left! So where's my money at, huh? And why can't nobody give me a straight answer? I'm feeling pretty ripped off right about now.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Working Advantage: Lack of Concern for Health and Safety
about their lack of customer service and they finally gave me a voucher for a future stay. However, I was disappointed with their initial response and lack of concern for my health and safety.
Working Advantage is a website that offers discounts on various products and services. I recently had an experience with them that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had booked a room through a third party on their website, but when I arrived, I discovered that there were cockroaches in the room. I immediately contacted the third party to request a refund, but they refused.
I then reached out to Working Advantage to see if they could help me. I explained the situation and asked for a refund or a voucher for a future stay. However, they refused to do either. I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of concern for my health and safety. A bug infestation is unsanitary and can be a serious health hazard.
After several attempts to get a resolution, I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It was only after this that Working Advantage finally offered me a voucher for a future stay. While I appreciate the gesture, I was disappointed that it took so much effort to get them to take my concerns seriously.
Overall, my experience with Working Advantage was not a positive one. While they offer discounts on various products and services, their customer service left a lot to be desired. If you're considering using their website, I would recommend proceeding with caution and being prepared to advocate for yourself if something goes wrong.
Working Advantage Review: A Costly Mistake
I gotta tell ya, I was pretty excited when I first heard about Working Advantage. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? But let me tell you, I was sorely disappointed. I thought I was getting a great price on some tickets, but it turns out I was wrong. Dead wrong.
And the worst part? I lost a whole thousand dollars because of them. Can you believe it? And now they want me to pay even more just to get my money back. It's like they're punishing me for their mistake. It just doesn't make any sense.
Honestly, I wish I had never even heard of Working Advantage. It's been nothing but trouble for me. So if you're thinking about using them, my advice would be to think twice. There are plenty of other options out there that won't leave you high and dry like these guys did to me.
Terrible Experience with Working Advantage: Hotel Turned into Homeless Shelter, No Refund or Help
So, I was really excited to go on vacation to California from New Hampshire and I booked a hotel through Working Advantage (workingadvantage.com). But when I got there, the hotel was closed down and had turned into a homeless shelter! Can you believe it? I was so upset and didn't know what to do. I called customer service and they were no help at all. They wouldn't even offer to help me find a new hotel or give me a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. It was a total nightmare.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using Working Advantage to book anything. They were completely unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all about my situation. It was like they just wanted to take my money and run. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. So if you're thinking about using Working Advantage, I would avoid them like the plague. There are plenty of other options out there that will actually care about their customers and provide good service.
Disappointing Experience with WORKINGADVANTAGE.COM: Invalid Disneyland Tickets and Poor Customer Service
I recently tried to purchase Disneyland tickets for December 22nd, 2021 through WORKINGADVANTAGE.COM. Unfortunately, when I received the tickets, I was disappointed to see that they were not valid for that date. I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but was unable to receive a refund for my purchase. I even sent an email, but they refused to help me out.
I was frustrated with this experience, and decided to dispute the transaction with my bank. It's a shame that I had to go through all of this trouble just to get my money back. I hope that WORKINGADVANTAGE.COM can improve their customer service in the future, so that others don't have to go through the same hassle that I did.
Overall, I would not recommend using WORKINGADVANTAGE.COM for purchasing tickets or other products. It's important to make sure that you read all of the fine print before making a purchase, as it can be easy to miss important details like the date restrictions on these Disneyland tickets.
Disappointing Experience with Working Advantage: Poor Customer Service and Canceled Booking
Working Advantage is a website that offers discounts on various products and services, including travel. However, my experience with them was not a positive one. I received an email from them confirming my flight booking, but a few hours later, they canceled it because they didn't process it fast enough and the price changed. This was very frustrating and inconvenient for me, as I had already made plans based on the confirmed booking.
When I contacted their customer service team for help, I was met with rudeness and argumentativeness. They were not willing to help me in any way and seemed to be more interested in arguing with me than finding a solution to my problem. This was very disappointing, as I had expected better customer service from a company that claims to offer discounts and benefits to its members.
Overall, my experience with Working Advantage was a negative one. I would not recommend this website to anyone who is looking for reliable and helpful customer service. If you are looking for discounts and benefits, there are many other websites and services that offer better deals and better customer service.
Working Advantage: Buyer Beware - Blackout Dates and No Refunds
This company, Working Advantage, is not a good choice for buying tickets. I bought tickets to see mammoths, but I didn't know about the blackout dates until after I bought them. I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't give me one. I lost $500. My company thought it would be a good idea to offer this as a perk for employees, but it's not worth it. There are too many rules and restrictions. I'm going to try to convince my company to stop using Working Advantage.
