[protected]@transamerica.com for the purpose of obtaining a licensing agent position. To my astonishment, I was charged $157.50 for this unauthorized transaction, and the payment was processed using the email address madhan.[protected]@gmail.com, associated with the name Madhava Rao Bheesetti.

I want to emphasize that at no point did I provide any form of authorization or consent for this background check or the subsequent transaction. This unauthorized action not only violates my privacy rights but also raises serious concerns about the security and confidentiality of my personal information.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken immediately:

1. **Cancellation of the Unauthorized Transaction:** I urge you to cancel the transaction of $157.50 that was made without my consent. This charge is unwarranted and should not have been processed without my explicit permission.

2. **Cancellation of Background Check:** Since I did not initiate or consent to any background check, I request that the background check conducted by WFG Canada Compliance be canceled immediately. My personal information should not be used or accessed without my explicit permission.
