WFNNB has called REPEATEDLY regarding my son's debt with Stage. I have asked several times that they NOT CALL my home phone regarding my son's debt because this is not his #, and he does not live with me. Despite this, they continue calling. Yesterday, 3/9/11, I received three (3) calls from them; same thing the day before. They simply will not stop calling. I have explained to them he does not live here and I'm finding this very irritating and stressful. I have congestive heart failure and had by-pass surgery last May. I appreciate any help you can give me with this matter. This morning I called two of their #'s and again asked that they stop callling. Thank you

I have a debt with Ann Taylor. I'll admit I am in a terrible financial situation. Have been getting calls from WFNNB and today they called me at work. I asked the woman Agent Brown not to call me at work. I called her back after I finished working planning to make a financial arrangement to pay. She clearly told me that they knew I had a mortgage (implying that they might take my house) then she told me I needed to take care of my responsibilities and she will verify where I work and will continue to call me there. She then hung up on me because she said I wasn't listening to her trying to help me. I am a business person that has fallen on difficult times but I am not unreasonable. I then called the number on the back on my Ann Taylor credit card to see who I could talk to and I was connected right to WFNNB again and got another Agent Smith who suggested I talk to a supervisor and put me on hold. Instead he went and talked to Agent Brown and he told be that I needed to pay today or they would not deal with me anymore and then he hung up. Wow Ann Taylor not the classy brand you think you are. Great representation. I'm not a low life but these people are unethical and what they did to me today was unlawful under the credit guidelines.

they call me about someone I don't even know. I have told them repeatedly that this number doesn't belong to the perosn they are looking for. Had one girl call two days in a row, told her the same thing both days. Decided to send a letter since I am on the "do not call" list. The letter was returned three days later stating that "
addressee unknown" I used an address in the midwest that I found on line. These people are ruthless and will not let you alone. I guess the next time they call I will turn in a complaint to the Attorney General's Office of Indiana. Good luck everyone
