When I made my order, I had thought that was a good investment and the joy of owning the Presidential coin set. Initially, I was receiving the coins monthly when I ordered my set with an "authentic" card with all its nice background and the Presidential seal and, what appears to be authentic signatures of the president on the coin. The coin in a clear plastic cover glued to the card. As a few years passed, some shipments became sporadic. Shipments were now in a generic mode. What am I referring to? Instead of a nice background printed card with the presidential seal, the shipments of coins were on a sheet of typing paper with printed wording indicating the presidential coin glued to this sheet of paper, and no signatures! Also, some shipments were multiple coins. Example 2 or 3 coins. On top of this! Coins were sent in envelops via US mail, the envelopes were torn open during shipments! Lost coins? I think so! I am missing, as I can surmise,J.Q. Adams, Taylor, Cleveland, Harding, Truman, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Regan, and so on. I did contact World Reserve, and I was assured of restitution. It never came.

I did receive a very nice framed picture to place coins on. It's really nice. However, it sits in a box in my closet

This company can or should make restitution on my or anyone else's order that was mishandled. However, I doubt this will ever happen. Since this, I have been reluctant to make any other order.

Claimed loss: Whatever the cost would be that I short-changed

Desired outcome: Make restitution!
