I've been paying for a World Shopper Discount membership I never agreed to sign up to. £10 is being taken from my bank account every month since 2020-now. I've never recieved any emails to notify me of any of this membership &never used the membership.
I've already spoken to their customer service on the phone, and via email and they couldn't locate a account to cancel, even though it's clear they are taking money from my bank account. My bank has provided transaction ID for the latest payment
Desired outcome: would like a full refund & cancellation of membership, as I know that many other people have recieved due to being in the exact same situation as me. I can see you have successfully helped many other people on this forum
