Definitely a scam. Selling defective toys and items and no response back to emails or contact us forms. Call the company phone number provided and stay on hold being told you're "Caller number 3 in the que" only to be given a recording saying this is not a valid number please hang up. This is a recording. They don't even deserve one star period.

I just do not understand why this company hasn't even bothered to return my call although they took my full payment for my order that was placed on May 6,2020 and as of today June 6,2020, I've not received any product nor any kind of response from this business. If there's any way that anyone can be helpful with this issue, please Lmk. Thank, *** Lynn ***

horrible customer service! Ordered 2 products late November , received them thankfully in time for Christmas...one worked and the other did not so emailed customer service email address on my order the day after Christmas and have not heard a peep. Finally found a phone number on line and was on hold w/ them for 45 minutes only to have them tell me the number no longer worked. Sadly i have to recommend NOT ordering from this company!

I got a R/C helicopter (Spy Hercules w/camera) and it went on one flight in an empty parking lot. It landed on it's skids and did something weird. It just started spinning slowly on the ground and then tipped over. Since then, the bottom rotors can't get enough speed for flight. Called the company and apparently I dialed the wrong number, even though the recording answers as World Tech Toys. So, I spent about $100 on something that can't fly. Junk products!

If I could give them NO stars, I would. I ordered two toy drones, which included a third one for free. They shipped six. I opened the package of one drone and within a minute, the drone broke when it hit a wall. The value of the cheap plastic was less than $1, but they charged me $25. I stayed on the line for 1-1/2 hours for customer service, only to finally receive a voice message that their offices are closed and are open M-F, 8-5. It was 2:00 p.m. eastern time. Yes, this is a scam!

Product does not Fly. Defective. Ordered one Flying *** and one Flying Yoda on 11/23 Order Number *** for a total of $48.93. When I received the products I fully charged them to test the device but they would not fly.Tried to call for return but only got disconnected. I wish I would have read the ComplaintsBoard.com complaints before the purchase, would have saved me this aggravation.

I order something from hobbytron and got a confirmation email about my order said it would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days when I tried to check the status of my order when I put in the order number it said invalid order number. I called them and was on hold for 30 min at a time and then it said number disconnected. I have emailed this company several times and NO response from them.

bad product. doesn't work bought 2 of the flying elsa with one free. paided the express shipping and when received them one of the boxes didn't have the charger and the wings were missing packing and one of the hooks that wings hooked on was broken. did as instructed with the other one and it won't do anything, just crash. I immediately emailed the company and as of this date NOT one word from them. Still sitting with the 3 not working and 3 little girls very disappointed.

I have an issue with a NEW product. However, I cannot even reach them by email or phone. It just gets disconnected, yet they still in business... I received a NBA Thunder 3.5CH Metal Gyro IR helicopter for my son as a gift. I took it out with the new batteries I got, charged the helicopter, and nothing. I went through the troubleshooting with the paper they sent, nothing. I tried to contact them by email, message through their site, and by phone. Absolutely nothing. Yet they have a website up to buy "new items"? Don't risk it.

I placed a order with Hobbytron over a week ago. I tried to reach out to them but found their phone number is fake and there's no way to email them. That led me to check their reviews here on ComplaintsBoard.com. I found them to have a F rating and I read many bad reviews just like mine of children not getting their gifts and if they do they are broken. THEY have false advertising and draw people in by offering *** off but after you place your order and they take your money you never hear back from them. They have also taken money for the same order 3 or *** They need to be shut down and sued!

Ultimately bought three we'll get to that shortly bought these two helicopters together never used before both don't work no damage no I I initially 6 months ago bought the flagship Hercules unbreakable helicopter which broke in three days because the gears all stripped out. From light light use. this past week I purchased these smaller ones Rex Hercules unbreakable helicopters unused in the box two of them together neither one of them work the remotes turn on that's it charge them up they still don't work. I don't know how this company stays in business with how poor their products are but this is absolutely unacceptable. I would like my money back ASAP

Online purchase received confirmation with *** tracking not the correct tracking / emailed no response and called . Once calling I received after holding for 10 minutes "you're caller #3 & now caller # 2 and then it rings as if you're connecting and it states " the number you are trying to reach is not in service & disconnects. Online order submitted almost a month ago ..no communication leads to feeling scammed no tracking information that is legitimate. They got there money though fast enough! Understanding of delivery delays during a pandemic , however a legitimate tracking number would make one feel better and a working phone number and email for issues encountered. Paid for product and have not received product. Business has not replied to email requests and phone calls are dropped. I placed an order for 2 drone replacement batteries (Order # XXXXXXX) on April 23. My credit card was charged the full amount the following day. As of today, I have not received product nor any communication from business regarding order status. As of last week, order status on their website states "your order is still being processed at warehouse and will ship in 1-3 days". When I call business (XXX-XXX-XXXX), automated message states "due to covid-19, our office will be closed until April 19th" then, call is dropped. I emailed their customer service dept.requesting update on order with no reply. I requested RMA to refund my money with no reply. If you are going to charge a customer for a product and have not shipped it in nearly a month, you should at least provide the customer a reason why it is being delayed. As per your website, "Due to high volume, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing". We're beyond 2-3 business days. I can be just as patient as the next person but, I'm not going to wait forever.

We electronic toys from this site. After filling in our shipping address and credit card information, I went to confirm the purchase, instead of a confirmation note, I clicked on a bold faced offer for another item. By the time I realized what was happening, and found the tiny link to the next page, I had added three more items to my purchase. I didn't worry too much as they normally show you your cart for confirmation. This company didn't and accepted the order. I immediately sent an email to their customer service email address. The next day I had calmed down enough to send a second email, with all the pertinent information. Two days later I had not received a reply. And was notified that the shipment had been sent. We received the shipment, and I sent another email requesting information on returns. I also sent a complaint through their ***. I have a reply from this address, telling me that it is not their department. I called the phone number given and was on hold for about 20 minutes as my queue number reduced. When it hit 1, the phone went dead, and a message stated that the number was no longer in use.

The company knowingly sold me garbage product. The company doesn't answer its phone. One item arrived damaged the other item does not work. Order #: XXXXXXX. Second item does not work. Seller does not answer customer service phone. It took 10 emails and one postal mail to receive an RMA number from seller. Unfortunately the shipping cost to return defective items is more than what I paid for items. This company knowingly sent defective items. The second item has a controller that holds batteries. The batteries do not fit properly in the controller. The battery pack for the second item will not charge. The second item package wasn't damaged but the product itself is unuasble garbage. I placed an order with *** on 11/23 for a *** Flying *** I received an order confirmation email that same day, on 11/25 I received another email informing me that my product has shipped and it may take up to 3-5 business days to be able to track my order. A few days ago I tried to access my order status through the email that was sent but it directed me to a blank website, when I logged on their website I Tried to click on "order status" but nothing would happen it would direct me to the home page, same when I clicked on "contact us". I finally was able to get a phone number, XXX-XXX-XXXX, which I called on Tuesday evening on 12/08. I was informed that I was #5 in queue, then 4, 3, 2, then 1 after which the phone rang but a recording came on saying that the number has been disconnected and no longer in service, this took over :30 minutes to reach which was frustrating and disappointing. That same evening I sent them an email to *** informing them and detailing my ordeal with them and asked them to responded to my email within 24 hours but never got a response.
