Definitely a scam. Selling defective toys and items and no response back to emails or contact us forms. Call the company phone number provided and stay on hold being told you're "Caller number 3 in the que" only to be given a recording saying this is not a valid number please hang up. This is a recording. They don't even deserve one star period.

Ordered 2 products late November , received them thankfully in time for Christmas...one worked and the other did not so emailed customer service email address on my order the day after Christmas and have not heard a peep. Finally found a phone number on line and was on hold w/ them for 45 minutes only to have them tell me the number no longer worked. Sadly i have to recommend NOT ordering from this company!

I got a R/C helicopter (Spy Hercules w/camera) and it went on one flight in an empty parking lot. It landed on it's skids and did something weird. It just started spinning slowly on the ground and then tipped over. Since then, the bottom rotors can't get enough speed for flight. Called the company and apparently I dialed the wrong number, even though the recording answers as World Tech Toys. So, I spent about $100 on something that can't fly. Junk products!

If I could give them NO stars, I would. I ordered two toy drones, which included a third one for free. They shipped six. I opened the package of one drone and within a minute, the drone broke when it hit a wall. The value of the cheap plastic was less than $1, but they charged me $25. I stayed on the line for 1-1/2 hours for customer service, only to finally receive a voice message that their offices are closed and are open M-F, 8-5. It was 2:00 p.m. eastern time. Yes, this is a scam!

Product does not Fly. Defective. Ordered one Flying *** and one Flying Yoda on 11/23 Order Number *** for a total of $48.93. When I received the products I fully charged them to test the device but they would not fly.Tried to call for return but only got disconnected. I bought 3 motion sensing drones, none of them work. I left messages and sent a letter and have had no response. Bought on Facebook before Christmas 2020 charged per directions and propellers would not work. This was a motion sensing ufo. Called two times. Was on hold for 1 hour both times and was told we were #1 in the que. At the hour mark we got a recording saying they were closed. It was 2 pm Michigan time. There hours were 8-5 Monday- Friday. bad product. doesn't work bought 2 of the flying elsa with one free. paided the express shipping and when received them one of the boxes didn't have the charger and the wings were missing packing and one of the hooks that wings hooked on was broken. did as instructed with the other one and it won't do anything, just crash. I have an issue with a NEW product
I have an issue with a NEW product. However, I cannot even reach them by email or phone. It just gets disconnected, yet they still in business... I received a NBA Thunder 3.5CH Metal Gyro IR helicopter for my son as a gift. I took it out with the new batteries I got, charged the helicopter, and nothing. I went through the troubleshooting with the paper they sent, nothing. I tried to contact them by email, message through their site, and by phone. Absolutely nothing. Yet they have a website up to buy "new items"? Don't risk it.

I found them to have a F rating and I read many bad reviews just like mine of children not getting their gifts and if they do they are broken. THEY have false advertising and draw people in by offering *** off but after you place your order and they take your money you never hear back from them. From light light use. this past week I purchased these smaller ones Rex Hercules unbreakable helicopters unused in the box two of them together neither one of them work the remotes turn on that's it charge them up they still don't work. I don't know how this company stays in business with how poor their products are but this is absolutely unacceptable. I would like my money back ASAP

Paid for product and have not received product. Business has not replied to email requests and phone calls are dropped. I placed an order for 2 drone replacement batteries (Order # XXXXXXX) on April 23. My credit card was charged the full amount the following day. As of today, I have not received product nor any communication from business regarding order status. As of last week, order status on their website states "your order is still being processed at warehouse and will ship in 1-3 days". When I call business (XXX-XXX-XXXX), automated message states "due to covid-19, our office will be closed until April 19th" then, call is dropped. I emailed their customer service dept.requesting update on order with no reply. I requested RMA to refund my money with no reply. If you are going to charge a customer for a product and have not shipped it in nearly a month, you should at least provide the customer a reason why it is being delayed. As per your website, "Due to high volume, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing". We're beyond 2-3 business days. I can be just as patient as the next person but, I'm not going to wait forever.

After filling in our shipping address and credit card information, I went to confirm the purchase, instead of a confirmation note, I clicked on a bold faced offer for another item. By the time I realized what was happening, and found the tiny link to the next page, I had added three more items to my purchase. I didn't worry too much as they normally show you your cart for confirmation. This company didn't and accepted the order. I immediately sent an email to their customer service email address. The next day I had calmed down enough to send a second email, with all the pertinent information. Two days later I had not received a reply. And was notified that the shipment had been sent. We received the shipment, and I sent another email requesting information on returns. I also sent a complaint through their ***. I have a reply from this address, telling me that it is not their department. I called the phone number given and was on hold for about 20 minutes as my queue number reduced. When it hit 1, the phone went dead, and a message stated that the number was no longer in use.

On 11/25, I got an email saying my product shipped and tracking would be available in 3-5 business days. Recently, trying to check my order status via the provided email link led to a blank page. On their site, 'order status' and 'contact us' were unresponsive, redirecting to the homepage. I found a phone number and called on 12/08. I progressed in the queue from fifth to first, but then a recording stated the number was disconnected, after over 30 minutes of waiting. That evening, I emailed the company about the issue, requesting a 24-hour response, but got no reply. I've decided to file a report with the relevant authorities and submit a consumer report. The product was a Disney Flying Toy, but the order number and company details are omitted.
