On August 29 I received an email saying that my wine would ship in 2-3 weeks Today, September 20, the wine has still not been shipped. Do the math. I believe a class action suit is in order.
This is not the first time this has happened. The last time a rude CSR told me that this was standard process. Last night's CSR was more polite and promised me that he would note my account. He also said I would see a change today. Hasn't happened.
They earn money on the float, but don't deliver b
Disappointing
To me, it's a troublesome company. The only thing they do great is charging customers' money. That's what they do very fast and professional. Speaking of their customer service... Well, I wouldn't say the same. My order hasn't shipped yet, even though I ordered it in November. I don't know their reasons, they don't tell me because they rarely answer. However, they are aware of my issue but don't do absolutely anything. When I asked for a refund, they said that the wine will be sent soon. Well, I can't see that you've something to improve this situation, guys.
Non delivery
WSJ Wine is not to be trusted. I've made a big order and purchased 10 bottles of wine from www.wsjwine.com. These were supposed to arrive within two weeks, but nothing showed up. I needed the wine as soon as possible. I am a small bar owner and ordered that wine for my bar.
I contacted customer service via phone, but they did not pick up. I called again next morning and the same thing happened. In total I called over 15 times with no luck getting a response.
Please, stay far away from this scam company and do not order anything from them.
They charge and start to ignore you
I ordered 4 bottles of wine from the website www.wsjwine.com. The seller charged within couple of minutes. After that no info about my order. On the next day the seller was offline and again no info. I sent multiple emails, but no one replied. The worst services, but I want my money back. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.
Pl. see attached photo. The package delivered contained only 11 bottles. I ordered a case of 12. Appears to be a theft at the delivery location. The package when received did not appear that it was not tampered.
