KHall,
Get back on the chat with those frauds and keep talking to them until they refund you. They WILL do it without that stupid form. They did it for me and several others. All you need to do is start threatening to complain online or to the media, etc etc and they will refund your money. once they do that, it does take a few days for it to hit your account. DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU THAT CRAP ABOUT YOU HAVING TO FILL OUT A FORM. THAT IS BULL. LET THEM NO THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU WILLING TO GET OFF THE CHAT UNTIL THEY REFUND YOU. GOOD LUCK
Good Morning Everyone,
To Jcfraggle and any others that have concerns regarding a refund or any other issues please contact me personally at jennifer@swipeauctions.com as I am the Head of Customer Service for SwipeAuctions. Please include your first/last name, user name, email linked to your account as well as the the link to this post.
The reason our agents ask for the refund form to be completed is because bank requirements state that in order to ensure that the refund is received by the correct person, we must obtain a signed refund form to correctly process your refund. Much like refund procedures in a retail store, we require an original physical signature in order to process your refund.
I will ensure you have a positive resolution to your concern. I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Jennifer

Jennifer, I receieve many spam emails from Swipebid and how I pads and other high end tech products are being offer at such low begining bids. I was curious and decided to check some reviews on the web. The first thing I see is all the complaints about to 159 dollar membership fee being charged. I then went to your site and began filling out form to create an account to see if I would be clearlynotified before being charged. I stopped short of submitting my request because of prior knowledge of charge and through an informed seach located the membership option on your (Swipebid) signup page. I must admit if I did have prior knowledge that I would be charge 159 dollars I would have missed it (It appears to be unclear for a reason). Now my question to you is simple, given all the bad customer feedback why wouldn't your company change that portion of your sign up to make it clear? I read some of the chat transcripts and the representative says the charge is clearly disclosed. From my experience (20 years in IT includind web page design) and public opinion it is not clear. Why not listen to your customers and make this simple update to your sign in process?
B_mack...they wouldn't make a CENT if they told everyone up front about a fee to join...it often negates the value of the site itself. And FYI...I went to the online help - the person made me to be a complete fool for missing the "hidden" fee...and REFUSED to help me further...
Good Morning Everyone,
I would be more than happy to assist in any concerns you may have however I will no longer be visiting this blog. Please contact me personally at jennifer@swipeauctions.com, please include your first/last name, user name, email, link to this post. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hellow,
As you can see, this company is a SCAM. Why do you have to send them the ID together with the form to request the refund? It's because they want to get a hold of your credit card (they have the credit card info plus the security code plus your ID). That's the haven for breeding ground of fraud.
Like most people, I didn't notice the fine print of the price to join. So look at my conversation with the virtual rep...The minute I threatened to call my credit card to report fraud, she reversed the charged and give me the confirmation number of the cancellation transaction. I will post again in 10 business day to let you know if it is actually reversed. Also I probably will close out my card to prevent fraudulent activities...
Below is the transcript of my conversion with the virtual rep.

I was stupid and joined the $150. I bid on 3 small products and some how they signed me for the next big $495 contract.
I received a call this morning from my band about some items where real as both transactions where on the same day. The girl said did you purchase these products. I told her I disputed the big charge, but not the $150, which I think I will dispute that also after reading all these about how you were scammed by them and the things you did without getting and results.
I called Swip Bids customer service t 3 times, as my bank told me to see if they would give be money back.. The all had the same answer, their policy that this money is not refundable. I wanted to speak to a manager and the said there was not one available. I asked for an email
address and filed a complaint about what they did etc.
Here it is, if you want to give it a try:
support@ swipauctions.com
I doubt the will reply but it was a very strong letter. What they have done is unethical and I will do anything to help t0 get all put money back and make it known what they have done. I b
I am out of work and do not have the money to pay for what the somehow got me into it.
I went on Face Book and clicked on their site. Very interesting as it said this site is no longer available and it was removed because of abuse of the people on FB reported them.
I hope we can do something. I am going to report this the BBB and Consumer Complaints, not that anything I do won't matter. I doubt I will even get a response.
I can't tell you how angry that I did not check this out first. I know better than that and sure have learned a hare lesson.
DebS AKA Bully
I too got scammed by swipebids and then after filling out mounds of paperwork and calling them and talking to a live agent they said they processed my credit. The never did and now they are swipeauctions they have this to say about me asking for my 159 bucks back
Amy#SA6266: SwipeAuctions is winding down operations due to merchant shutting down our processing and is no longer accepting new customers. In addition, SwipeAuctions is unable to issue any refunds for membership fees (see the SwipeAuctions Terms & Conditions). During SwipeAuctions wind down period, all products corresponding to already paid winning auctions will be shipped in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Swipebids.com is a scam. They charge me 150.00 and When I fill out the paperwork to get my money back. I never got it back HELP.

This Penny Auction Watch site is Major scam(pennyauctionwatch.com). Also known as "PAW".
PAW is a front for these dishonest penny auction owners to make their sites look legit. Penny Auction Owners plant positive experiences on here(Complaints Board) and on the Penny Auction Watch forums(PAW) to bait people into playing and buying bid packs. Buying bid packs to bid on items? What a joke and scam!
Go to Flippa[dot]com and search "penny auctions for sale"
There you can see how these operates by the use of controlled bots on autobid to scam any real people into buying more and more bid packs until the reserve price has at least been met for that item that's bid on. They aren't in the business to LOSE money and will never ACTUALLY sell an item below value. If not enough real people are bidding on a particular item for a while, they will end the auction to a bot name. They will then list the bots name in the "Auction History" section to make it look as if REAL people actually win and auction is honest+fair.
You can buy your own Penny Auction from Flippa.com and start scamming also. So easy to do.
Also. Google, "penny auction website script" and see how these scams operate. The scripts are cheap to buy.
To build up traffic to your scam penny auction you must plant positive experiences on forums such as PAW(PAW is a front). You must also dispute ANY negativity or complaints on forums such as this.
For EX, tell the angry complainer that he must be crazy, use stupid bidding techniques and unlucky because you win all the time and just won a 52inch Plasma for 2 bucks. People WILL start believing you if you plant enough fake postitive experiences/reviews. JUST make sure to use different names each time you fake post. If you use same name over and over again telling everyone you win all the time, people will begin to catch on and realize it's just a fake post planted by the Penny Site operator/owner.
They cheat you and make a killing from people like you that bought into it. Some will even go as far as to advertise on social networking sites such as "FACEBOOK" and write stories of winning items for $4 and so on to get people to join the site.
I call it their, "Fake Social Environment" where they ask and answer their own questions attempting to be perceived as an honest and fair auction. For EX they will say, "I just won 12 Lap Tops for $40 and they all arrived today in factory sealed boxes! I love this site!"
Anyone can do this... so easy to make money. MAKE sure that the server that hosts your scam auction is located outside of the USA so you can get around federal gambling regulated laws. If heat gets to much, then shut scam auction down and create a new one. Repeat process.
Happy scammin'!
I tried to post that on PAW(pennyauctionwatch[.]com) to warn good honest people BUT they wouldn't allow it to post.. I wonder why? ;)
So i'll just post away on websites such as this.
You use to could post on PAW right away but now they have a Moderator that must approve your post first.. I wonder why that is? ;)
I think we ALL know why that is :)
