Back in 2020 either the last day of march or february made an online payment of all fees $225 it looked liked it took the payment. So ignore there response as I made the payment. Later I get sue and into court for non payment again. This is the same company that I have had several problems with in the past. I was taken to court 8-15 18 for non payment. This a is disagreement with there fees and they refuse to work with the consumer treat me like a criminal. Since 2014 I have paid

5 fees of $25 for a total of $125 of administrative late fees, Legal warning letters 5 fees $75 for total of $375. And David Law attorney fees of 2of $150 20f $100 fees and 3 of $75 fees total of $875 2 court cost of $78 total of $156 and additional finance fees totaling $76.28

To top it off they fine me for my renters vehicle and trash can issues [protected] $75 each for a total of $150 and statement fee on [protected] and 6-2-2020of $10 each That makes a grand total of $1767.28 and that is not including all of what they say I owe them now.

I did not include the following $150 attorney fee on 11-16-20 and $25 administrative late fee on 2-15-22 and finance fee $7.10 of $7.80 and a legal letter fee $75 total of $214.90 just in fees this is a fee happy organization and have not treated me like a consumer but a criminal I have dis agree with them from the first time they treated me bad. I will be selling my house because of them this is not a house but a burden and will never own another house with a homeowners association fee They do not do business fairly and treat consumers horribly. Homeowners dues are $110 per years so I have paid for 16 more years of $110 yearly dues. Is that fair to me NO NO NO. They think so

n

Desired outcome: Cut the fees out I do not owe this company but $110 annual dues Not $915 .14 so split that down the middle $457.57
