This is the worst warranty to have. I purchased the wynn's plus deluxe coverage. After 2 years of having and never using, I began to notice certain problems that stated on the warranty that should be covered. I took my car to have it serviced, and the mechican told me all the things that were wrong with my car. Only to find out that this crappy warranty did not want to cover any of the problems. I was without my car for 2 weeks, waiting for approval for the repairs. I am going to continue to put bad reviews for this horrible company. Also, I will be filing a complaint with bbb and tx dept of licensing & regulation. This company should be shut down for being fraud. They took my money for this useless contract and made me pay the deductible for an issue that was not even wrong with my car. Do not purchase.

This is a horrible company with the worse extended warranty we have ever seen. We were promised by the selling dealership that this was one of the best coverages available. It was supposed to cover bumper to bumper. Little did we know that we bought a lemon car. This company has refused to pay for any repairs totalling over $2000 as of today. We live off of disability and dont have that kind of money laying around. Don't buy anything from them. Its a SCAM!

We purchased a 2013 dodge ram. The engine 3 cycle scored. Wynn now wont cover it as we put a ladder rack on and they said it was a modification to the vehicle. Denied to replace engine now I am paying on a truck with no engine. Worst extended warrant every

oh my goodness are you serious? you poor thing I would be absolutely livid. you should contact an attorney. somehow some way you need to be able to get out of this contract. I'm so sorry about what's going on. this insurance company has got to get shut down.

hi, as well, have this Warranty company and they show no urgency to help me get back on the road. they don't return my calls and in addition, the emergency roadside assistance company that they use is horrible as well! it's literally just called "roadside assistance"... 2 days ago I called to file a claim because all of a sudden my car that I've only had for 2 months won't turn on. they told me to call roadside assistance and have it towed to the shop of my choice, however they only cover $50 of the tow. well that's great, here I am already having to come out of pocket. now two days later, my car still is not at the shop because the roadside assistance company has no brains at all working behind the scenes. the independent towing companies that they hire to tow for them are straight [censored]es and uneducated people. the first tow company they hired to come pick up my car just never showed up. almost an entire day later they hired a second tow company who had a kid that looked no older than 17 come pick up my car and check this out, drop it off at the wrong place! in addition, this kid did something to my car to where now the emergency brake won't disengage and my back tires won't move. so now the next towing companies that are trying to help me get my car from the wrong shop to the right shop, want to charge somewhere north of $350 because they need special equipment due to the back tires not moving. but remember, the insurance company only covers $50 of a tow. and they expect me to pay this difference for this outrageous cost regardless to the fact that it wasn't my fault that number one it wasn't towed to the right place and number two that it got more damaged in the process. they're not honoring an override to go ahead and approve payment to the tow companies to get my car moved so now my car is sitting at some strange shop that does not work on foreign cars and it's now the weekend and I can't do jack [censored] until Monday because everybody's closed on Saturdays and sundays. I am furious. so they're all these complaints, how about all of us get together and file a class action lawsuit? something's got to get done here, they can't just take our money especially now when it's so hard financially, and everyone's struggling to get back on their feet after covid. we the people must stick together here!
