I paid for an extended 2 year warranty. The transmission is a covered repair. I lost 5th gear. Anyone can tell you, that's the transmission. Wynn's wanted me to pay for the teardown fee. Teardown as in take the transmission apart for a rebuild. That's around $2, 000. They said they will not reimburse me that money, even if it's determined to be a covered repair. The contract says I have to pay for the diagnosis. I also have a $250 deductible. Diag is $139, $250 deductible if part is covered, and $2, 000 for a deductible. For that I could get a brand new transmission and put it in. Mind you the coverage replaces the transmission with a used one. Do not, I repeat DO NOT USE this service. They are a huge scam.

My husband got a truck and from the dealer we was told about the extended car coverage that they said was great to have so we talked about it and said ok we want the coverage it was almost 2, 000 more to the contract of the truck we had the truck for 1 week and the heat stopped working so I called Wynn's to see where to take the truck to get it fix so it would be covered and they told me that the deduct had to be paid first and then she went on to list all the things they didn't pay for so I called the dealer back and he said it should be covered and I told him they was not going to cover it. I told him to cancel it and get me the money back they should be SHUT DOWN.. Wynn's Extended Care, Inc IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE DON'T USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ND NOT FIX YOUR CAR!
