I have been unable to log into my account for more than 3 months. The website crashes redirecting me to the sigh in page. I never get to the sign in dialog. I have repeatedly reported this but no one has ever contacted me regarding the multiple tickets (supposedly) that have been opened and when I call in, the customer support agents are not able to connect me to anyone who can help me. I am a senior software quality engineer with greater than 25 years experience and cannot believe you don't have a support group for your IT issues with the website.
