Ordered a outdoor lounger chair on 27/6/23, then contacted the company on 12th July to enquire about when the order would be sent and was told it was already sent out. On the 18th July I emailed them again and was given a tracking website https://www.17track.net/en and tracking number LV811530111CN which said my parcel had been at Chelmsford depot since 19th July.
I have emailed multiple times since, as this tracking info has not changed and I haven't received the item nearly 2 months later.
I've been repeatedly told to wait longer and they're contacting the shipping company, but still no change or update on the package. Finally I was told today it's not their problems as its an international logistics company so they can't accept any responsibility for it not arriving.
Desired outcome: A refund as I've requested multiple times
