This company always messes up your order, from many different accounts including mine. It's even worse because they don't have a phone number to talk to customer service. They do have an email, but you might not get an answer. It's been two years and I still haven't gotten everything I ordered or any compensation for what I didn't get. Don't trust this company!

I bought 2 things from Z2 Comics but never got them. They don't answer emails. When we ordered, they said they might not have what we wanted, but still took our money and won't give it back. They say it takes 2 weeks to reply, but it's been a month and we haven't heard anything.
Not to get overly technical with my language, but these people *** when it comes to customer service. Promised delivery dates are essentially fictional, there's no way to get a hold of anyone except for a two-business-day-delay e-mail address, and although we ordered a package that included a soundtrack with the graphic novel, the graphic novel arrived without the music, and without any explanation for why that was the case. Never mind the fact that the graphic novel arrived two months after it was supposed to. I cannot believe what an amateur clown show these people are running.
Complete lack of customer service, poor company with no communication whats so ever. Currently chasing them up on the All time low super deluxe edition as it is being sent over to ***. However as this was a preorder and dates where pushed back, with no communication to say anything else I assumed it would arrive or at the least be sent on the 6th. They have ran competition on the very same product I have bought. Utter ridiculous, dont trust them real shame it was a gift to my partner as well and theyve taken that away

I gotta say, Z2 Comics is a total letdown. I bought a fancy book from them back in April, but it was supposed to come out in November. Then they kept delaying it over and over again. It's been over a year now and they even took stuff out of the fancy version I ordered. They said they'd give me some money back, but they never did. They don't even answer my emails anymore. Honestly, I think they're just trying to scam people. I asked for all my money back, but they haven't given it to me yet. Don't waste your time or money on this company. It's a total ripoff and I don't know how they get away with it.

I too agree with the other reviews. I think this company is a fraud as well. I ordered two comics for my daughter at $20. a pop ($40) in total. A week later I received an empty envelope from Z2 Comics with no explanation. I too think this company it a fraud and engaged in criminal activity.

The product I purchased was months overdue for delivery. Every time I emailed them I got an automated reply saying that the items will be shipping soon. But now, when I email them, the automated reply says the items shipped two months ago. I still have not received my items and still cannot get a response from a live person, just automated replies.

Ordered my deluxe copy of Grateful Dead: Origins and after two months it finally showed. Was worried because of the reports of orders taking forever, some people saying they'd been waiting over a year for their copy, but honestly I can't say I'm dissapointed in what I got. I was able to get ahold of customer service by messaging them on Facebook after a month of waiting, no response on the e-mail, but they were very polite is assuring me they would pass along my order info to make sure it was shipped as soon as possible. Unfortunately I couldn't track the package, but I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up; I was even happier to see everything showed up in perfect condition was wrapped and packaged very nicely. The quality of the graphic novel itself is really nice, the pages are crisp, the illustrations and art work is exceptionally well done, and the story is pretty good. The quality of the vinyl record is just as good if not better, the vinyl is pretty thick and has some weight to it, it's not one of those cheap, skinny, vinyls thats gonna warp easily. I'm not sure if these recordings have been released on vinyl before, but they are some pretty good jams that are captured very well. Overall very happy with what I recieved and looking forward to getting another record and vinyl from them again; would have been nice if they were easier to get a hold of, and the unexected wait was a bit of a bummer, but as long as you're patient you'll be happy with what you get.

Ordered the Loner graphic novel from Alison Wonderland back in January still haven't received the book. Multiple emails send, still no word on delivery date. Wanted to cancel my order and requested a refund, suddenly they're not responding.
I hope Alison Wonderland cuts all ties with this company. She even promoted her graphic novel on her socials. Looks more like easy money for Z2comics.

In February 2021 I ordered the Blondie Against All Odds Platinum box set and paid $527.79 (#49147). In December 2022 after repeated pushbacks of the release date I cancelled the order. Someone called Steve from Z2 contacted me to confirm my paypal email address so he could process the refund however despite repeated attempts to contact someone at Z2 by email and social media, I have not received my refund. Recent emails and tweets are simply ignored. I would point out that I (possibly foolishly) ordered another item from Z2 which was received promptly and absolutely love it.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund as soon as possible.

I ordered the Deluxe version of the newest Pantera graphic novel for my partner, who is becoming the father of my child in November. He never asks for anything and this was all he wanted. I ordered it the first time on March 15th, when I never received it, I chalked it up to my error bc I couldn't find receipt. So I ordered it again this past week AND PAID FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING and it never got shipped. When I went to track it, I was able to pull the old order receipt up - and guess what? It never even shipped. Neither copy. The one from March or June. Needless to say I'm out over $200, more like $250 with shipping and tax. And they don't even have a working phone number or way to directly contact them. I just want my money back for one and the other shipped but since it seems these folks just like to take people's money and take advantage of people... a dull refund would be acceptable. This is horrible business and someone should shut them down since it seems to happen all the time.

On Jan 28th, 2021, I ordered the ATL super deluxe comic bundle. My order included framed prints for the $200 I spent. After I ordered, they kept delaying their release date for the *** with super late communication. Once I finally received it this week, I noticed that they secretly changed the product description and removed the part about the frame prints without notifying customers. They have since completely removed the product and description off their website.
I'm making this complaint against z2 comics because 6 months ago in July I pre ordered a book, Dirty Poetry. I never received the book. It came out in October. I have contacted the company numerous times and they either tell me "soon" or do not respond. I would like others to know about this so they do not make the mistake of using this company. I would like my book.
On 5/25 I paid $300.99 for a Deluxe Comic Commemorative set of the rock band Alter Bridge. It was supposed to include a hard back comic, bandana, special edition vinyl record (which I received)-autographed drum head, guitar picks (which I havent received). Since then I have only received one communication from the company in answer to my first e-mail asking where the item was. I have since sent several more e-mails and have never received a reply from the company. I have received no shipping notice either. In my last two communications with the company I have asked for a refund. Again, I have not received any reply from my last two communications - one in February and one in April.

When opened today, the packaging was inadequate, the almanac's gold lettering was damaged, the promised Song Machine CD was missing, and the cover was torn. Z2's return policy states I must cover shipping costs and they're not liable for lost returns, which is unfair given the item's condition.

February 24 I contacted Z2 comics via email to say I hadn't received the exclusive art signed by the band. I have not received any responses to my emails.

In June I bought a pre-release of the Grateful Dead Origins Delux Edition and LP for $99.99 from Z2 Comics. The next email from them came 4/7 stating there was a delay in the production and release of the product, it would be released in June . On 5/3 I emailed the company to update my address because I moved, and received confirmation on 5/4 of successfully changing the address. From 6-12 more delays were announced. On 2/9 was notified my product shipped, to be on the lookout for tracking info. I emailed Z2 Comics on 3/22 to inquire whether it shipped, as I did not get the book or tracking number. Had to reach out again, as I did not get a reply. On 4/2 they finally emailed my tracking number. Look up of tracking number showed confirmation of a delivery on 2/8 to an address in another state. They sent me a false tracking number that was for something that had been delivered 2 months earlier. This is clearly a scam, I want my money back.

On 1/16, I ordered the deluxe edition of a book called This Is Where We Fall from this company. I think it was supposed to arrive in May, unsure now. Later, an email came that said the book would be sent but the vinyl soundtrack (the only reason I spent the $105) would be late, shipping in July. Then I was told that my "deluxe edition" book was also delayed, also to be shipped in July. I don't want a refund or to cancel - I want what I paid for and straight information about what is happening, what I can expect, and why they will not take accountability, nor speak with customers - I emailed on 7/26 asking for an update, and today as well. The communication has ceased. Vinyl plants are increasingly backed up worldwide, but ultimately? I want the merchandise, an explanation of why this is happening to those who paid the most, when I WILL receive all, and why this cancer patient keeps having to send emails that drain my energy, just to be ignored. Thank you in advance for your help.

I pledged for a Graphic Novel called Madi on Kickstarter in mid-2020. Z2 comics was handling the order fulfillment for this book. An update on Kickstarter reported that the books were shipped to US backers in mid-November. I didn't receive a book, or any notice that it had been shipped to me. I emailed Z2 on 12/*, politely, to ask. No response. Emailed on 12/and got a canned response pointing me to an FAQ that didn't address my situation. Emailed on 12/, got a response saying "***". Note that I'm emailing "support" and the response had no person's name on it. I emailed on 1/and received no response. I emailed on 1/*** threatening to file a report with you if they wouldn't either ship the book or refund me. I got a response promising me that they would ship it soon, and that I would get an email notifying me when it did ship (still no name on the email). It's February *** and I've received no book or email notification. This vendor was paid for the book, but they will not ship it to me.

Z2 comics advertised a collectible grateful dead graphic novel and recording of an live concert. The release date kept getting pushed back and pushed back, with consideration to COVID delays and everything it was no big deal. In the later months of last year Z2 sent an email saying that an official release date was set for late January. It has been several weeks since that release date was supposedly come and gone and every email inquiry I've sent has given no information about my order. They keep saying that we might get our orders before shipping notices go out, that their shipping partner has already shipped everything. I've never heard of packages going out before emailed shipping notices (especially this day in age where everything is streamlined in the shipping world), nor have I ever heard of recieving orders before shipping; let alone whomever the mystery shipping partner is? The whole thing is full of red flags. It has now been two years since I've ordered this product with multiple delays and run around emails. When I emailed that I was planning on filling a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com if there was still no information about my order I was sent back another nondescript cookie cutter email saying "your order has shipped! You may recieved your order before shipping confirmation goes out..." Etc etc.

It was due to release in November . I did not receive any shipping confirmation until 2022. Preordered from these cliwns and waited for 2 years after the promised delivery date and still they didn't deliver. They constantly tell you rubbish to keep you waiting. They are a terrible company and should not be allowed to trade. Never buy from these people as they can not deliver.

No customer service. They won't reply to support messages. Frustrating process. I am trying to give them my money but I guess they don't want it.
Never respondes to email, don't answer phone and never fills the order. This company needs shut down! They take your money and then nothing...worst company ever. They have literally NO customer service. This company seems to be a fraud
The product I purchased was months overdue for delivery. Every time I emailed them I got an automated reply saying that the items will be shipping soon. But now, when I email them, the automated reply says the items shipped two months ago. I still have not received my items and still cannot get a response from a live person, just automated replies.
I too agree with the other reviews. I think this company is a fraud as well. I ordered two comics for my daughter at $20. a pop ($40) in total. A week later I received an empty envelope from Z2 Comics with no explanation. I too think this company it a fraud and engaged in criminal activity.
