Good day
I purchased a two piece set sweaters for my daughter on the 27th of August, when i got home i saw it was 6-12 and was supposed to take 12-18 months.As it was raining all weekend of the 27th i could not return the sweaters back to store for a bigger size.I then sent my mom on the 03rd of September to store (ottery store)to get a bigger size.there was no way that i would dress my daughter like summer if it was raining when my mom got to the store the guy was willing to change the sweaters but then a female came and said the sweaters smell like comfort and said it was worn.First i have been in customer service for over 9 years and never did i treat my customers like that .disgusting service !ive always purchased my daughters things there since birth to be treated this way.i want action to be taken not only was the service disgusting but also desrespected my mother by telling her they can smell the sweaters smell like comfort.

Ackermans - Laybye
Good day, I laybyed a few items. It was then lockdown and could not make any payments due to the store being closed. I went back to the story 3 May 2020 to put another deposit on the laybe and I was told by the cashier it expires 9 June 2020. Today, 4 June I arrived at the store and was told the laybye was cancelled. I was refunded my money but I am angry and upset as I lost all the items that was in the laybye and no one is taking responsibility or compensating me.
