Ackermans review: Products lost not put in the packet

Last week I visited the store in tongaat mall to purchase some clothes the store was really busy was really excited about the current sale I purchased a jacket and three tights I left the store with one packet thinking all the items where there only to find out when I reached home the three tights was not I went back to the store thinking the rest of the items would still be at the counter but unfortunately I had to wait half an hour to tell me they can't do much they took my cellphone number they said when they have the time to view the cameras they will get back to me it was the value of 300 I did not get a response yet, cashiers and store workers should be mindful about the way they charge and pack items seems like there not much attention to the work they do, I wouldn't want this to happen to another person please this should addressed.
