was visiting Bill Rapp Super Store with my brand new car, which started having issues after only 2000 miles
was visiting Bill Rapp Super Store with my brand new car, which started having issues after only 2000 miles. I had purchased the warranty that was supposed to be valid at any dealership. However, I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome in my entire life. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to the car brand and I will be switching car companies. The staff at Bill Rapp Super Store made it clear that they considered my car problem to be a huge inconvenience. The service technician representative was particularly rude and unhelpful.
Today I had an appointment for an oil change at Bill Rapp Super Store
Today I had an appointment for an oil change at Bill Rapp Super Store. I usually come here for my car service. I waited for 2 hours for the oil change, but it never happened. I waited outside for 2 hours and my car was not serviced. I used my rewards but couldn't get my points back. I went inside at 11:30 to check how much longer it would take, but nobody knew what was happening with my car. So, I went back outside to wait longer. It's now 12 o'clock and I went back inside to find out what's happening with my car. I needed to know because I have to go to work at 1 o'clock. I thought 10 o'clock would be enough time for an oil change and waiting wouldn't take so long, but I was wrong. My car never got an oil change and there was no courtesy shown. I would not recommend anyone to go to Bill Rapp on Burnet. They have bad customer service and they don't care about customers. I will never go there again. I was planning to buy a car from there, but this experience changed my mind. I wouldn't let anyone in my family purchase anything from there. They really deserve zero stars from me. 2 hours for an oil change that never happened wasted my time. No one came to me to explain anything. Thumbs down for bad business. Signed

I put down a 300.00 deposit on a used truck at Bill Rapp Super Store
I put down a 300.00 deposit on a used truck at Bill Rapp Super Store. I paid with a personal check, which cleared my bank just 3 days later. But then I realized that the deal they offered me was no good. It seems like they thought they could keep my money anyway. They gave me the runaround, putting me on hold and not returning my calls, even after leaving voicemail after voicemail. It's been since mid-January and there's been no resolution. I'm not a rich guy, so 300.00 dollars is a lot to me. I have more to say if necessary. The company was interested to hear about my situation too. They also gave me a low credit score to try and trap me into a really long and expensive auto loan. I can provide proof of this upon request. Thank you!
I recently traded in my 2016 vehicle with 55k miles and paid $1400 for a 2016 car with 105k miles at Bill Rapp
I recently traded in my 2016 vehicle with 55k miles and paid around $1400 to get a 2016 car with 105k miles at Bill Rapp Super Store. But my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when the check engine light came on due to a faulty thermometer, which also disabled the 4WD. To make matters worse, I noticed that the car revs up to 6000 RPMS before shifting, especially on hills, which can cause serious damage to the engine and transmission. The brakes were already squeaking and sliding, despite me mentioning this issue to the dealer before purchasing and being assured that they were perfectly fine and within the legal limit. However, upon inspection, I discovered that this was not true. When I contacted the dealership to schedule a service appointment for the transmission, engine light, and brakes, I was shocked to hear that my car had absolutely no warranty coverage. They refused to fix anything for free, even though I had a signed contract stating that any issues within the first 2k miles or 30 days would be fully covered by the dealership. This situation has left me feeling deceived and scammed.
In February , I heard some great things about Bill Rapp Superstore in Syracuse, so I decided to trade my ***
In February , I heard some great things about Bill Rapp Superstore in Syracuse, so I decided to trade my ***. I drove all the way there and the salesperson was amazing. They sold me a 2019 *** AWD, fully loaded, with around 17,000 miles on it. I was impressed with the price and the service. If something seems too good to be true, then don't believe it. However, on the way home, I realized that my navigation system didn't work and the car was loud in the back. I thought it might be the tires on the road due to construction. My car kept telling me that my SD card was missing for navigation. The following weekend, my daughter drove the car to Syracuse and they inserted an SD card. Once she left Bill Rapp Superstore, she made it to Watertown, NY, and the navigation stopped working again, with the car stating that the SD card was void. I didn't want to drive the car back to Syracuse, so I let it go. The noise in the back kept getting louder, but due to COVID starting in March, I couldn't bring the car to Bill Rapp for service. Then, in June, I had major surgery in VT and couldn't bring the car to Syracuse to have the worsening noise in the back checked. Instead, the car went to *** in Malone. They checked the car and found that it was severely out of alignment, and the back tires were very choppy with plugs in them. Now, I understand that some may say, "Well, it's a second-hand car," and that's true. However, I also had a 90-day warranty that couldn't be honored due to COVID. In any case, it cost me $613 for an alignment and 2 new tires. I sent Bill Rapp 2 emails asking for a response regarding the bill and the fact that both back tires had plugs, but nobody seems to care enough to answer me.
