Approximately 1 week ago I went into the Big Apple in Lincoln, Me. for a coffee... I grabbed some french vanilla creamers and noticed in the trash 2 empty containers of Smiley's low fat (blue label) milk. The only thing that 2 - 1/2 gallon containers of milk would go into would be the Oakhurst refrigerated milk/half & half cooler...
This is false advertisement.. People think they are getting/using Oakhurst milk and it's a total different brand...
I am sure that Oakhurst and Smilely's have a contract in common but I'm pretty sure they do not have a contract that states they use the others milk at will in the opposite companies product reservoir / refrigeration station... Unfortunately I was not able to get pictures of the milk containers in trash at the coffee station...

Why do you people have really rude people working at your stores ? On 12/11/2021 between 210 and 220 i was in the store and the cashier rodney was on his phone yelling at someone and screaming thru the store degrading women this man should not be working there what is wrong with you company. You people need to learn to run a business if he is going to continue to work there i need to report to someone higher

On 12/05/2021 i also went into the store on main st lewiston Maine and the cashier there had loud music on and acting like he was at home not working very disrespectful and very rude yelling on his phone a few minutes later and then trying to say if i want to be his friend and asked for my number over and over again after i said no 3 times. He had worked here in 2019 and did same thing so i stopped coming into store if he continues to work here i will be reporting him to someone higher. He needs to be fired once again he does not belong working in stores. He did the same thing to my friend and his wife ended up finding out

On 12/05/2021 i walked into the big apple to get gas and this very disrespectful man Rodney was making passes at me and trying to ask for my number and my boyfriend was right in the car he is a very unprofessional cashier . He had loud music on very explicit and was trying to show off this is not how you run a store. Why is nothing being done ? I dont think he should be working as a cashier

I was in the store last night a little after 9 pm and a heavy set blonde waa very very rude and very vulgar insulting me because I am of ethnic decent and my wife isn't she was very racist and I know now never to go into big apple stores if their employees act like that. I don't believe anyone should act in a way that this lady acted. But if this company condons this kinda behavior then me and my mixed family will never go into another big apple

On May 3, Big Apple food stores in Auburn Maine got busted not only once, but incredibly TWICE. This company has flunked more and more alcohol and tobacco stings than any company in the state, and the sad part is that they really could not care less. Last month the exact same thing happened in Portland, and several other C N Brown Locations. They are a ripoff that only cares about profits and nothing else. I and several others wonder why they don't lose their liquor license, they don't seem to learn from past mistakes. They don't care if our chidren can be sold liquor, as long as it makes a profit. The state of Maine has licensed them to have several agency liquor stores, and this is really incredible. Where and when will it stop? Not until enough people call Augusta and tell them that this company should have their liquor license revoked.
