I ordered a jacket and paid an a outage pi's price for three day shipping. The item was "in stock-usually ships within 24 hours." After I filled out the credit card form and my purchase was complete, only THEN did Galls inform me that COVID had caused a 7 day delay out of that warehouse. I would not have ordered this jacket if I had known. It has been a week now and my item just got "shipped" and Galls marked my order complete. But... drum roll please... tracking says that USPS is still WAITING for the package. This is all garbage. Buy elsewhere.
Uniform pants did not fit. They will not accept washed pants, even if they are labeled wrong
I just received size 38 Workrite pants in a different style than what I previously bought. I washed these 38 and they did not shrink at all, and were way too big. Were they expected to shrink? I did not know how this fabric handles. I just know a 38 has always been the size for me for years. Well, they said they would not exchange them and I am stuck with 38's that are not 38's. Mislabeled or manufactured wrong. I am stuck with them. I would highly suggest you buy them elsewhere. Find a place that has good service. It will go along way to your satisfaction, even if it costs more. I'll look elsewhere for supplies and clothing. Not a Galls fan anymore as I do not like losing money. My employer supplied the pants but the new pants will come out of my pocket.

I had a great experience. I ordered from Galls on Sunday, and my order was shipped out the following day?. Very fast too. I received the exact item I was looking for, and it's great quality. I was very impressed with how fast they shipped the item. It arrived two days sooner than the tracking anticipated. Perhaps they were slow during the Covid season, but I had a positive experience with them, and I would definitely buy from them again. The shipping is a little high, but the item is well packed, and sent very fast. All in all, great job!

It's shipping today or it's almost ready. Now a week later I found out the order has been shipped via FedEx Parcel Post and Gall's used the wrong address. I'll never receieve the order. A complete nightmare dealing with this fraudulent company. And, the company never had my authorization to charge my card. Payment of $145 was made in full by credit card.

I purchased a pair of Galls duty boots and wore them twice and they were always kept in my airconditioned closet. I went to put them on after only 2 days of use and the sole fell of and after inspection the other was coming off. Customer service denied my request to replace them. I'm making this review so as no other first responder has to suffer with the poor customer service I received as I will NEVER purchase another product from this company. One pair of boots and the lack of class in the phone conversation resulting in a refusal to replace the boots that I would send to them so they could see they had only 2 days of use and were perfect except for the poor construction and rubber. You LOST a long-term customer.

Galls is trying charge me for items not received and trying to charge me twice. I can't get a straight answer. I made an order in December. I kept getting emails about my order being pushed back. Now its almost April I still have received my entire order. I have been charged for my order, I have been billed multiple times for items I didn't receive. I have been billed multiple times for items I already paid for and orders that have been cancelled. I can't get a straight answer because the manager who keeps taking my case keeps changing his story, changing the subject, making up stories, going around in circles to point out how wrong I am. I and can't get a straight answers and been told my order will be completed by July after I pay for the order again. 7 months after my first order was made and paid for. I was forced to spend more money to buy the same items from a different company just so I can use my duty gear. After threatening to call my lawyer I still have not received straight answers or speak to an intelligent supervisor. This needs to stop. I need to stop being billed for items I didn't receive. Both shirts had a large green circular stain on the collar/very visible-possibly from the embroidery process? Shirts arrived later than I was promised I had no choice but to remove tags and wear them as I have been out of uniform longer than I'm supposed to be. Stains did NOT come out when I washed shirts. I completed a review, then sent an email directly to company to complain. I received a response telling me someone would contact me in a few days. I heard nothing so I sent a second email this time to a different address and still have received no response. Uniform policy in police department is strict, can not wear shirts in this condition. I have to take two similar/old uniform shirts and pay a seamstress to remove the front button collar area from them and sew them onto the new shirts after she cuts out the area with the stains. Poor customer service with a coupon code, and poor communication with returns and charging for a return. I ordered a pair of Reebock shoes ( FX729) and had used a coupon code that took off $4.28 off my order. I had to apply the code 4 times, thinking it was a site glitch. Code didn't go through, and at a time where I seriously need good shoes and watching my budget I was concerned the code didn't go through. I spoke to customer service and they were rude, told me 4 different things and lied about the code not working demanding a screenshot. So I let it go and waited for my shoes to come in. I got them in and they hurt my feet so bad. I measured my feet and everything and they don't fit! I called before business hours were over and they said they were closed, and they take so long to answer emails that it's frustrating. At my job I desperately need new shoes and I'm not near and outlet store. I've ordered here in the past and don't know why I've NOW just started having problems! And i have to pay a $10 charge to return/exchange?! I'm being penalized for this?! and by the way the people with the code issue NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! So unprofessional! I cancelled an order which they said was backordered. 2 weeks later they sent the item anyway. I sent the item back. They refuse to credit my account. Order number #XXXXXXXX. Placed an for Boots on 05/20. I kept getting emails saying the order was back ordered and will arrive in two weeks. Emails from May, 22, May 20, July, 07. I finally cancelled the order. They confirmed and acknowledge the order was canceled. Two weeks later I received the order. By then I had already received the item from another company. I shipped the boots back on 07/15. I than called on 08/03 and spoke to *** who acknowledged they received the order back and were issuing me a refund. I then called back on 08/07 and spoke to *** who then referred me back to *** who advised she does not understand why I have not gotten my refund. On Aug 16, 2020 I received yet another email saying my order is on backorder and will arrive on 08/30. I called again on 08/21 and spoke to *** who referred me back to *** for a 3rd time. She again said she does not know why I have not gotten my refund. I have called 3 times and they keep saying they messed up and will refund me the monies. To this date I have not had my refund and still can not get any answers. I still receive emails saying my boots are on backordered even though the boots were delivered and shipped back.

I was told that Galls did not make concealed carry badges when I ordered a badge that said "CERTIFIED AGENT, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA". I am an ACT-235 Certified Agent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that is what I am ordering a badge for. Please review this link from the Pennsylvania State Police's website https://www.psp.pa.gov/lethalweapons/Pages/About-Act-235.aspx. Instead of sending an email asking for information or my credentials (that are issued by the PA State Police) they assumed I'm some guy spending close to $200 to play cop with his concealed carry license. Galls canceled my order instead of contacting me. I have also attempted to contact Galls's customer support but they have not gotten back to me. I have not even received a confirmation that they have received my communications. I still need these badges for my job. When I ordered this badge by FAX from my company office I received an email to call for billing. During the order process the Galls representative did not ask for credentials or imply that there would be a problem with my order. Galls was perfectly happy to refund my money but not answer any communications. Order Number: XXXXXXXX. My original fax was sent around the 24th of August. I called to pay for my order on the 28th. I received the email canceling my order on the 28th as well. Since that I have sent an email to the Galls help email and filled out a communication form on the website twice.

Failed to ship products, refuse to issue refund. I ordered two items from Galls Inc in early Sep 2020. One product (a belt) shipped on time (18 Sep) as expected . When the packing slip indicated that two items were supposed to be in the box, I immediately called Galls Inc Customer Service to determine what the issue was. At first, I was told there was no issue, and everything should have been in the box. When I informed them that a Streamlight Polytac light ($47.24) was not included in the box, the customer service rep assured me they made a mistake and it would ship within the next few days. Fast forward to 1 Oct, I had not received the last product in my order. I called Galls Inc Customer service and was told that there were no notes or information on my file, but there was a tracking number for the last product to be shipped. I had asked for a refund, but was instead issued a FedEx tracking number. When I entered the tracking number into FedEx's tracking system, it said the tracking number was created at the same time I was on the phone with the customer service rep. While this was suspicious, I decided to wait and see if the product would ship. On 20 Oct 2020, I noticed the tracking number had no activity on it. I called Galls Inc. customer service to request a refund. I was informed that since a FedEx tracking number was issued, it would impossible for the company to issue a refund. I was also informed that it was impossible for the customer service rep to do anything other than send an email to the shipping department. This was not an acceptable response in my view. The product is more than 30 days delayed with no explanation (product in stock on their webpage as of today), they refuse to issue a refund, they refuse to track down the shipping issue, and basically told me there was no use in trying to dispute the issue or call back. Instead of treating me like a customer, they seem more interested in explaining the intricacies of their internal tracking system. To Galls Inc, I would remind you that I'm not your employee and I don't care about your internal drama. I am your customer and expect to either get the product I've already paid for in a timely fashion. If you can't do that, I expect a refund ASAP and an apology. You have one job, do it!
