Both My husband and I have been waiting for a response from your logistics side for a call in regards to our 2 seater leather recliner sofa that we purchased from you guys on 10th September. We whatsapp Derrick about the thread underneath the sofa has torn open and the sponge is coming out. Plus the recliner is very difficult to close once you open We needed someone to come over to have a look and help us rectify this problem. We messaged Derrick on Saturday on 28th Oct. Derrick did informed us the logistics will be notified and will call us back. Till today 6th November no one has got back to us. I am very disappointed with the service. So much of promises were made, and now? I would greatly appreciate if someone from logistics comes back to us in regards to this issue ASAP! This is unacceptable! Terrible and horrible service.

Had purchase a wardrobe on 16 july 2022 from nova trade hub outlet and was serve by tom, the delivery took 2 weeks and had delivered today 8 aug 22, but the product delivered had defect and end up, when I feedback to tom he told me I have to wait another 2 weeks to have the both side panel which is crack to be replaced? What kind of service is this? Shouldn’t the warehouse check to ensure good is in good condition before they delivered over? I had already waited for 2 weeks for my wardrobe and now the replacement I have to another 2 weeks? This service is not acceptable pls.. Not even a apologise was given when I highlight to tom?

Is this how ur service ur customer when we feedback to the person we purchase from? And is it our problem when the both side panel delivered already crack?

I went to purchase furniture at the Sungei Kadut branch. The worker in charge was so insistent that we had to get that piece of furniture. He somewhat threatened us that if we don't purchase that furniture the discounted price will disappear. I regret purchasing there. The given delivery date was nearing. When I contacted the outlet, they casually said the furniture will only arrive next month. It was super irresponsible of them to not inform us regarding it earlier. Their rude responses really was a put off. Will never purchase furniture from that shop.

Extremely Lousy Service rendered by Nova Furnishing at Kallang Way Branch!

In fact, you don't consider it service at all. The male workers really sucks to the core! (pardon me please)

I ordered a dressing table for my new house weeks ago. When I called in to request for delivery arrangement, a male staff answered my call. Instead of assisting me straight away, he told me the staff who attended to me is not around, and requested me to call back again. Poor service!

On 16th Aug, I realised that my dressing table is faulty. The next morning I decided to call them to rectify the fault. Again, a male staff answered my call and same thing happened. He told me the staff who attended to me is not around, and requested me to call back again. This time round, I told him, ask the staff to call me back!

I waited for a day but to no avail. Yesterday, 17th Aug, I couldn't wait any longer as I am getting more and more impatient. I called them. Same thing happened, male staff answered, staff not around, ask me to call back! I got furious and I blasted him. To my surprise, he replied me arrogantly in hokkien", "There's no point for talking loud to me!" "Don't call in and scold people!" And he hung up!

Wow, what an excellent service they provide! My hubby knew about this and decided to call them to request for an apology from the guy who hung up my call. Another male staff answered and replied, "There's no such person who hung up your call." He even ask if we dialled the correct number. We felt that the staffs there are trying to cover up for one another. My hubby was furious and we went directly to the showroom to confront them.

When we were there, there were only 2 male staffs working. Their service standard is absolutely unacceptable! They behave like hooligans with all the cursings and swearings that come out from their mouth. It is really ashamed to see such uncivilised people working in the service industry. They insisted no one received any call from us, they even keep insisting me on the name. They uttered a lot of rubbish which includes, I'm not even their customer, they are not here to get scolding from us. They even went overboard by calling the police as they claimed that we are there to create trouble!

Well, after all and all, it was indeed a lousy experience. I am still waiting for the reply from the Management. It is definitely my first and my last time patronising Nova Furnishing.
