Horrific service
Placed items on laybye on the 7/1/2021. Went to the store yesterday to collect the items and waited for 30 minutes without any of the employees informing me that they cant find my items. Decided to leave as I was getting late for work. Went back at 4:45 got there still the items were not available and 1 of the employees told me he will only go check my items if I have my id with me. Funny on first attempt no one asked for my id they only took my reference number.
Left the store and called customer service. Was told it will take 7 working days to resolve this issue. Which I still think its absurd. Called in again today customer service representative said ‘You only called in YESTERDAY' I cant help you without a reference number or if you don't have an account with us.
Then opted to transfer me to the manager ‘Nola' who decided to hung up on me.
Called in again and spoke to Xoli who told me she cant transfer my call because they working from home.
What the hell is going on here?
At this hour 16:10 I have not received any form of communication from them.
@TFGGroup please get your house in order ASAP!
Desired outcome: Complaint attended to by someone with brains that actually work
