ZocDoc review: Predatory one side business to scam providers 1

Thanks for the advice. I post it about this just everywhere possible. ZocDoc is such a scam that they have manage to not allow people to write reviews on yelp which speaks volume about them. When I have a bit of time, I am submitting a formal complaint to the district attorney office. And of course, I will not pay them.. I was lucky that I added an Amex on field and I asked them to block the scammers. Their customer representatives are thugs and are very skilled at continuously changing the goal post to the point of contradicting their nonsense and then justifying it with more nonsense.. it’s literally impossible to win. Before my profile went live I could not select if I wanted to accept bookings. The profile can go live after the profile is processed and before you know you get lots of bookings only then you can select if you are taking clients or not. When I checked my email I noticed that a couple people cancel the bookings shortly after they booked and the other 4 I contacted to verify suitability etc I learned that they were looking for services I didn’t provide such as prescriptions and another told me that it was bookings on behalf of someone else. Bottom line is that obviously something was not right and as a práctico we I asked them to cancel the appointment as I was not what they needed.. all the hi s happened Whiting hours ( less than the 24 hours no charge cancellation policy). The representative first said I could t cancel it only the clients so I talked to the clients and they cancelled then ZocDoc said that they cancelled because I told them and I explained then they said that the reasons needed to be documented to which I said that I called ZocDoc right away I explained this.. hey, the excuses continued without end.. I have never seen something like this.. they tried to scammed me with $560. I told them to stop harassing me and to delete my account because they are useless and predatory., they are running a one sided business model created to scam people regardless of the outcomes.

A class action lawsuit against them will be ideal.

I think they should be taken business.
