Even though we are living 2 years in a pandemic and no one would have come anyways to fix, even though I still have time on my warranty, I was still declined any kind of fixing of the broken frame or not working electrical on my couch and loveseat because zucora decided to call it excessive wear.
Even though I was away from my home 6 months every year. Even though I still have warranty left...even though we're living in a pandemic, the claim is denied.
When you call to find out why you won't get answers, when you ask to speak to a manager they say they will call you but don't. When they say they will send you a detailed email explaining what is accessible and what isn't they won't.
Avoid zucorahome and leons furniture at all costs.
Don't buy the warranty because they will just decline it. Cash grab.
