Good evening. On 17 Oct at around 0830 a contractor was dispatched to my home to repair a leak. The leak came from under the upstairs toilet and leaked into the garage. The plumber pulled the toilet and could not find the leak. The plumber came down stairs and asked me to show him the leak. He proceeded upstairs to do some more troubleshooting. Once he came down stairs he told me he wanted to cut the ceiling to identify where the leak originated from. He asked me to flush the upstairs toilet. Once i came downstairs he asked me to come in the garage and take a look inside the hole. There was no water leaking. He did not replace any parts. He told me to monitor it for a few days. I then asked when will the hole in the ceiling be repaired. He told me he do not do those type of repairs and I have to contact my warranty company. I contacted the company and was simply told its not part of your coverage. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it can take anywhere from 4 to 48 hours before they contact me. I never received a call. I am a disabled Vet and cant afford the $100 service fee plus the cost to repair the damage that was done to my home.
Desired outcome: I would highly appreciate if you can send a patch guy to repair my home at no additional cost.
