I have been unable to get into my account since 23andme requested that I change my password. I tried again this morning after several days and got the message that I am locked out after too many password attempts. I have contacted the company and all I got was a link to change my password. So, I did once again, to no avail. The last time I contacted the company, I did not get a response.

So, I tried out 23andMe and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a bumpy ride. I was really excited to get my results, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to give them to me yet. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service, but it's been a real struggle. They keep sending me the same message over and over again, and it's starting to feel like I'm talking to a robot or something.

Honestly, it's been pretty frustrating. I feel like I've been waiting forever to get my results, and I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth it. I mean, I know they're supposed to be really accurate and everything, but if I can't even get my hands on them, what's the point?

I will say, though, that the website itself is pretty cool. It's really easy to navigate, and there's a ton of information on there about genetics and stuff. I've learned a lot just from browsing around on the site.

Overall, I'm still holding out hope that I'll eventually get my results. But right now, I'm feeling pretty frustrated with the whole thing. If you're thinking about trying out 23andMe, just be prepared for some potential hiccups along the way.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with 23andMe. I mean, their results were just plain wrong most of the time. It's like they didn't even try to get it right. And when I asked for a refund, they just flat out refused. Can you believe that? I'm not gonna take this lying down though. I'm gonna get my local district attorney involved and make sure they pay for what they've done. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

Everytime i have called i received a bs run around, and when i asked to speak to a manager there was supposedly no manager. some guy named rome said they didnt have a manager. my kit was bounced around, i was told that i would receive a email within 2 days, did i receive it (nope) and nobody had actual answers. Several people that i know have sent their kits in either a week or two after my kit was already received, and their results were back literally 2 weeks later. then i was told that i didnt have a kit . this is a complete ripoff and poor customer service !

When I arrived at the website, it was an offer for their new DNA test at the full price of $199.00. No coupon, no promo code, nada. I was really excited to see that a deal from 23andMe was being offered on your site, as I really want to buy their new test, but not at full price. Please, don't get people to check out your site by luring them in with a false offer. I wasted a lot of time going through your offers, hoping that 23andMe might be listed with the other stores on your list.

I was disappointed with the website www.23andme.com, because I, my brother and mum submitted them our DNA. And the results were shocking and fault, because we checked these results in other place. Also it was very inconvenient to contact them, because they didn’t provide phone number or emails. It was possible to reach them only through Facebook, but they responded very slowly here. I won’t advise to use the services of this company and better avoid them.
