Bad dealership
Bad dealership. Don't buy here. They made us pay for Lojack even though we didn't want it. The finance guy is tricky, but we caught him and got our money back.

Went there today to look at car. Salesman Kyle was polite and respectful. He gave me unlimited time to test car, alone, without pressure. Although I didn't buy car, I would not hesitate to go there again. It was very good experience.

This place is not honest at all. I rented a car from them and when the lease was up, they didn't want to sell it to me for the price we agreed on in the contract. They signed it too! Now they want to take a few thousand more dollars from me. I had to ask the state attorney general to help me out.

The sale price they advertised was a lie! I tried to buy a 2019 Nissan for $24,187, but they gave me a contract for $26,187 without tax or registration. They added a $1,500 fee for "reconditioning." After two long drives and three hours wasted, we left. When I checked their ads, I saw that all the 5-star reviews were from people with no other reviews. Can you believe it? When I called the manager, he said they could add whatever they wanted to the price.

Nissan 24 be trippin' with this new charge they be addin' to all credit/debit card users. They be chargin' an extra 3.5% on top of your charge, no matter what. That ain't right. If they gonna take cards, they should be takin' responsibility for the charges like they always have. This be a straight up rip off. They should be tellin' you 'bout this when you book your appointment so you can come with cash. They know most people don't carry cash, so they be gettin' over on 'em. If they give people a heads up, they can decide to stop at the bank before they come. But no, they wait 'til you check out to tell you. That's straight up garbage.

On May 14th, 2022, the car place said they gonna swap out the infotainment thingy for free
On May 14th, 2022, the car place said they gonna swap out the infotainment thingy for free. They said they messed it up when they were cleaning it. But then they didn't do it. So I called Nissan's customer service and they looked into it. Turns out the car place never even ordered the new part. I got a paper from the car place that says they were gonna fix it, but they haven't talked to me since.

I went to Nissan 24 on 09/03 to fix my ride. The total *** was $818.73 but they added $28.57 to my *** because I paid with a debit card. They say they give discounts to cash payers only, but debit cards ain't cash? That's not right. The law and their agreement say they can't add extra charges when customers use debit cards. I wanna complain and get my $28.57 back.

I purchased a 2015 luxury sedan from 24 Auto Group on 8/13. However, by 8/16, I was informed it required repairs and was undriveable. Repeated inquiries about my vehicle were met with claims of parts being delayed. Persistence paid off, and on 10/16, I was summoned to retrieve my car after a two-month wait. Sadly, on 10/21, merely five days later, the car failed to start, necessitating a tow back to the dealership. After an additional two weeks, they admitted to not having inspected it. My attempt to return the car citing the regional lemon law was met with derision by the manager, who insisted it was inapplicable. Despite providing him with the law's details and demanding a refund, he continues to shirk responsibility.

I tried other Nissan dealerships, but they only offered me between 31k-34k, which is a lot less than what I was hoping for. I think they're taking advantage of the fact that they're the only option in the area. Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't meet my needs and I can't sell it to anyone else. I complained to Nissan, but they said only the dealer I signed the lease with can release the title and take payment.

Our Rogue was really decked out for an SUV with lots of options, but the most important one was the power lift gate. My wife has a disability and can't lift heavy things, so this option was super important to us. When we talked to the salesperson *** about the 2020 Murano's options, we made it really clear that the power lift gate was the most important thing. *** told us that the new Murano would have all the same options as the Rogue, plus a bunch of other ones, including the power lift gate. So we signed the lease, thinking everything would be fine and the new car would have all the same stuff as the old one. But when we came back 4 days later to pick up the Murano, *** told us that it didn't have a power lift gate. I was really mad and frustrated, so I asked to talk to the sales manager *** who said there was nothing he could do. Then I asked to talk to the general manager, *** who said not to worry, they'd take care of it. He talked to the leasing manager *** who said they'd make it right and that he'd call me when he figured out how to fix the problem. Each person we talked to promised they'd "make it right."
