I have paid 61.66 usd dollars for this program and cant download it. They wont accept my email address or password.

I downloaded this software from a linked site - www.10xdownloads.com - for a small payment for a seven day trial period. It would not load from the file that was downloaded and after several attempts at getting support I cancelled (still during the seven day window). However the payment for life membership was still deducted from my card and it still does not work. I would like a refund although I doubt it will happen but mostly I would like to warn others before they also are ripped off.
I purchased 360sharepro in Dec of Last year and I have not been able to open the porgram and use it for going on 6 months. We I go on line and try to find answers to the problems I get told that I am running the wrong Java Script, but I have the latest version. I am getting really upset because I have paid for something that I am now unable to use. I don't just want to go and uninstall it because I AM NOT PAYING FOR CRAP AGAIN. How can I get my problem fixed so I can download again? Advise smb!

I paid a lifetime subscription of £26.88 on 25th July this year and was able to access and download music until early October but now I am unable to open the web site. Having read other complaints I have every sympathy. I think they are taking money under false pretenses and need investigating.
