I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I agree with what you are saying, i bought a life time membership, it worked for a few days, but now it wont connect or work, how do i get money back too?

PS. whats with smile face as logo, i don't have a smile about it.

My 360 Share Pro does not work now either, i cant contact them to complain as my username is claimed to be incorrect. What do i do?

I agree. I also purchased the lifetime membership and it worked the first day after the payment was processed, but nothing since then. I have since changed my e-mail address, and there is nowhere to inform the company of the change. The program pops up EVERY TIME I log onto my computer, forcing me to either minimize it or exit out of it. It never connects. Please note my new e-mail address remit any suggestions for a remedy to this fiasco.

Yep, same for me. I bought 360 share pro unknowingly through limwire.co.uk, thinking it was going to be the real limewire. And again, it worked once, and since then pops up with error messages that won't go unless I go into task manager and close the programme there. I want a refund! But they say my username is not right or registered or something.

I have the same issue, my 360 share pro no longer works after buying a lifetime membership and there is no way available for us to get support help or customer service anymore either. Please help us.

I had 360 Share Pro for about 7 months, it worked great but about a month ago when I tried to open it wouldn't open. So I thought that maybe my membership had expired, I went through the process again to become a member, it gave me a password, took the money out of my account. When I tried to open it gave me the message of having a invalid account. But to make matters worse I was unaware that my son had already gone through the complete process 2 days before. So I paid for this program not once but twice. If you can help in anyway we would be extremely grateful. Are they affiliated with the program "Bearshare"?

They are not affiliated with Bearshare. I called Bearshare & they gave me a # to call [protected]. There hours are 9-5pm

I have had the same problems like everybody else it sounds like, you pay the lifetime membership it works for a few days and then it doesn't work any more, what a scam. I was wondering if anybody has been able to get a refund?

I as well have a complaint about 360Share Pro... I had purchased my lifetime subscription and I as well am no longer able to get my music... Now that I am trying to get a hold of them it seems to not to be in the cards because there is NO WAY for me to get a hold of them... What the heck is going on? I want my money back!

I signed up for two year agreement and somebody deleted the program from our computer by mistake. now i tried to find my account and use the program and it does not work. so i need to talk to somebody to get it back working correctly.

I have recently renewed my subscription and i cant do anything with it, i cant download anything, maybe i am doing something wrong but i don't think so, i have been using this for almost a year now, but now for some reason it wont connect, does anybody have any suggestions for me...

I had 360 share and it was upgraded to 360 pro fine for a weak now will not connect pop comes on freezes the sight pain in the bumb someone should do something.

I've just signed up to 360 sharepro about two weeks ago and now i have a firewall that wont let me download. i tried to take it off through my pc but its something wrong coming from their side. i want my money back as well. who do they think they are scamming people like this . THEY SUCK!

360share was trying to rip me off. I said they could take £1.89 for a month subscription and they went and took £30.00 out of my account. I've just got my money back. Do not use this site - its a scam! You cant even access music when you install the program. Do not use. And do not give them your card details!

I paid for the download maybe 2 weeks ago and i had to restore my computer so then since i had already paid i try to download again and you guys said my account name and password was invalid please fix. I bought a few years of 360 share pro last year summer time and now it will not work, I paid almost £40.00 for this and it is not yet a year old.

I have tried the support online, this keeps on saying my login is invalid.
Please help , there is no phone no to call I do not know what to do, and I want my money back.

I purchased 360 Share-Pro (approx 51.00) and after downloading I never received a purchase order or email confirmation. I was only informed of my password. The download went through without an error but I cannot open the program. When I went to the "support" link from their website I either get a request for member login, then I get a message I am NOT a member, or when I did manage to send an email it is still "ticket"ed (?) and I cannot create another. I have yet to hear from them and could not find a telephone number anywhere. I even searched BBB and could not find them. I can't believe I was duped. I have been purchasing programs and other items online for years and found 360 Share-Pro recommended as one of the "Top Sites" on a computer software magazine website (can't remember which one). Anyway, when searching for other resources of this company it is as if they don't even exist outside of a webpage. However, I did call the number [protected]) recommended here in this thread and after holding for 10+ mins spoke with a person who assured me my CC would be refunded minus the 9.95 handling charge. I guess I must sacrifice 9.95 for my stupidity. Good Luck and bad riddance to 360.

I have just purchased 360 sharepro download product which was £0.99 a month for two years, it gave me the option to have 3 other facilities which involved protection spyware/download protection and said that if I required them I should check the box, I did not require them so I did not check the box. After I paid it highlighted that the total amount was £50 odd would be taken out of my account, which is not even close to 99p a month for two years. I immediately realized a mistake had been made so I contacted their customer service chat line to explain they had charged me to much and in one payment. Their chat line has treated me as a joke, not answering my questions and writing random lines of letters that do not make any sense. I asked for a number to contact somebody that I could speak to before my transaction goes through and they just ended the chat and ignored the rest of my messages therefore leaving me with no knowledge on whether or not I am getting a refund for a service I purchased minutes before. It clearly said on their site that there was a 7day refund policy but the little bit of sense I did get out of the chat line was that they still charge £7.50 admin fee, I advised that I purchased the service seconds before and that if they stopped it immediately the transaction would not go through. They would not do this even though they had over charged me and falsely advertised their product. Now I am left not knowing if I am going to get my money back for a product I do not have anyway and no number to contact anybody. This site is outrageous and should be shut down immediately.

I paid for a life time membership about 6 months ago. I have been trying to use the program now for the past 3 days. I began to search about the company and came across this website and noticed that there are a lot of complaints so it looks like I got ripped off. I will do the same as everyone else try to contact the company or just seek legal action.

I purchased 360 share Pro along with the suggested software add-ons (Bit Torrent, Propack codec 203b and Net spy protector) for a total of $52.00 I never got a confirmation e-mail but my account has been charged. I downloaded the program but it does not work! I submitted an email on the support page and my reply just asked for more info which I had already supplied in the original request for help. Subsequent attempts for help would not go through. There is no way to contact the tech support or customer service. This is a total rip-off and I want my money back!

Alright, I had to call them several times, but they finally fixed my stuff. They said that they were e-mailing me stuff several times and then they said that it was "going to the junk file" so they gave me a run around until I told them where to stick it. And then magically it came through and got fixed. The number is [protected] option 1. Hopefully they will fix your stuff too. -Justin

This is a scam and something should be done about it. This company has ripped off limewire pro, and are selling it for $70 aus when lime wire pro is only $18. The dodgy version of this software only works for a few days/weeks depending on how lucky you are, and now the company are uncontactible. Check out this link

It used to have the only means of contact as a Canadian telephone number whose lines always seemed to be closed, but now you can't even get that much contact info from the site. These people should be put in jail on fraud charges. May they burn in hell.

Well, i wanted to sign up for morpheus and then it directed me to 360 sharepro which with all confusion with this I signed up, luckily I put it on my credit card so hopefully the credit card company will dispute this for me.

We've all been scammed - and they (360share) know it. Have to admit I was fairly lucky - mine worked for a year. Laptop bit the big one, and I had to reinstall everything. Guess what? No 360share! no access into the site! no ability to get hold of anyone to find out why! No jolly nothing! oh well, caveat emptor. Lesson learned.

I paid for a lifetime subscription about 6 months ago. It worked for about a month, then I didn't use it for a while. For the past week I have tried to connect with no luck. Can't find a number to call them until I read one of the comments posted here. I am going to try it. This sucks! I will post with my luck!

I have the same problems with 360 pro share. I went through Bearshare or so I thought and got the above. When I downloaded it I got a message connecting to server but nothing happened. I sent them an e mail and they responded with a couple of questions and then nothing. I sent another e mail and they gave me instructions on what to do. It worked for awhile but then nothing. I was slugged $79 + foreign currency money $1.79 and am not happy and agree with everyone that it is a scam and should be closed down.16e39

I agree, i signed up for the lifetime membership thinking this was to do with Limewire. I have been able to download only one or two things and now i can't get it to connect. I am not happy and agree that we have been the victims of a Scam. Let's hope future potential purchasers will see this site, prior to downloading it.

I would also like a full refund of what i have paid them, as they are now providing the service i paid for.

It sounds like i have been a lucky customer with 360 pro share as mine packed up just before xmas but i had been able to use the system for approx 6 months beforehand.

In the last 2 months i have tried uninstalling and re installing the program, tried a repair patch and found a newer version for download (free) and you guessed it they DON'T WORK.

I agree. My 360 Share worked for a couple of months and I ended up downloading about300 songs but now when I pull it up, it no longer connects and stays disconnected. How do I get it to work so I can have my unlimited lifetime downloads?

I am also, like many other people, having problems w/360 sharepro. I cannot get it to work on my lap top. Anyone out there tried running program on windows vista?I get nothing when I double click on the 360 sharepro icon on desktop. Have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling w/no success. Thanks.

I'm really disappointed with 360 Share, but after reading these comments, I guess I should consider myself lucky. I downloaded 360 Share and paid the lifetime subscription fee in the Summer of 2005. It worked wonders until mid-November of 2006. All of the sudden it just stopped working. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the program and upgraded to 360 Share Pro. The program runs, but no matter what, I can't connect. It just says Connecting...Connecting...and then when I go into direct connect it says my computer is behind a firewall/router - so no direct connect - even though i made an exception on my computer specifically for this program.

I'm disappointed because I really loved 360 Share-I used it all the time. Now it's suddenly cut off, and I have no way of getting in contact with them. On the tech support site it says "click here" but yet there's no new link that opens up.

Every time I call that number I've been put on hold. I'm mad! Where is the program that I once loved? It's been taken from me without any explanation. A once satisfied customer turned very dissatisfied here and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Karma's a ###, 360 Share. Give me what I paid for - this is unacceptable.
