voltage stabilizer eml 5090
Sir,
I have purchased microtek stabilizer EML 5090 thru Snap deal which was delivered on 13 /09 /2017 bearing Sl no 17GVGBKAE24586.
The stabilizer is not working below 135 volt input whereas as per company specification it will work between 90 to 300 volt in put.
Please look into and get it set right immediately. I am in great trouble.

Does Microtek International(P) Ltd Provide Old Repaired Items to its Valued Customer Service charge paid for new Item?
Dear Sir,
I have a Microtek inverter (Model No: Sinewave 875E2 with S/N:9KGTNB18906) in my residence. On basis of my complaint lodged at local service center, two mechanics visited my place on 30.05.2016 (Monday). The local branch manager of Microtek Service Station (Malda) is a true gentleman, so I have no complaint against him. On inspection the mechanic-people told me that some spare-parts of the electronic circuit board got burnt and it needed to be replaced. With my consent they changed it @ Rs 1, 000/= (bill attached). While they were changing the board I noted that the board was not a new one, rather it was a repaired one (if I am not wrong, at many places of the circuit-board the I found coarse Aluminum soldering and resin-residues, in fact the board was also looking old and shabby. As per my experience the new board has some different look. Yes I may be wrong but I have some idea about new item particularly when I belong to technical area.). I asked them "Is it old material ?" They did not give any definite answer, but mentioned that it would solve the problem. Most probably this is a repaired old item, but not the new one. I also agree that new items always do not remain in stock, in that case they should acknowledge that repaired item was installed on temporary basis - that also did not happen.
Post-replacement of this electronic board I noted that battery charging had been going for more than 24 hrs, so immediately I contacted that mechanic (Mr Halder) on 01.06.2016. He replied that it was all due to battery related problem. So accordingly I contacted "Exide" House and immediately they sent a service engineer to my residence. He came and assured me that the problem had nothing to do with the battery. However, to become 100% confirmed he gave special boosting charge for 24 hrs, even after which that problem remained as it was. He gave a detailed testing report (load test, gravity test etc) on the report card (the file attached herewith). The net result is that battery is getting charged constantly for last seven days and remained sufficiently hot round the clock - really a very alarming issue. From security point of view Microtek should take necessary steps without any further delay or lag. Accident never comes to anybody by knocking the door.
I hope Microtek authority will observe this issue with utmost importance and accordingly they will resolve the matter at their earliest. When the customer is ready to pay the listed service charge, at least the company also should also cater the brand new item.
At first I thought that I would write the whole thing (with the pictures of the circuit-board supplied to me) to different social sites like facebook, blog etc. But before doing such things I decided that I should write to the head-office of Microtek to narrate the whole scenario. Still I keep hope on Microtek family, hope they will pay me back in true sense.
As well as I would also like to draw the kind attention of all Consumer forums to this issue, so that they may help it to be resolved without any delay. At the end of the day I know that they want "no customer should be deprived at any cost". Even they may also send expert persons to my house to check the circuit-board.

My wife had her Hotmail account hacked into and it got suspended.
Not knowing what to do, she searched the web for some help. She saw the advertisement for Microtek and called them.
She told them exactly what had happened and was told that the security of her online bank account was compromised.
So the assistant told her she must pay £200 and then they would sort out her problem.
He then used scare tactics to coerce her into letting him fix (sic) the problem.
Had I been at home at the time of the problem, I could have reset the password etc myself.
The assistant then for some reason over the next hour, proceeded to uninstall many of my programmes.
I feel that they preyed on my wife's ignorance of computers and tricked her into paying for something that didn't need doing.

I have taken a UPS from microtek, SN9KUPNB484691. My first complaint(no 342) elicited a response, they sent an engineer after one week and at least 8 reminders and innumerable calls. This guy called prashant came to my place 3 times, 1 time he did not have replacement battery, 2nd time he got wrong battery which after he put in, he said the board was faulty, 3 time he came in with a battery and and board and said its fixed. It never was properly fixed, sometimes when the power went off, the UPS would shutdown also. I raised another call after a month on 9th June(complaint no: 567). This time they sent in an engineer, who replaced the board. Looking at the replacement board itself you could make out its was an used one. Repeatedly I warned him not to use that but he did not listen. He changed it in spite of this. He got this working and then within an hour of his leaving, there was smoke from my desktop and now its dead. IS this the type of service which I can expect from this company. I am planning on raising a consumer complaint on this formally now.

Not working properly
Fuse Blown LED light is slways lid whethr it is actually blown or not. Changed the fuse 2-3 time but all in vain. It seems the ads are only for sale.. not after sale service. Service is very poor. I recommend everyone for not buying this product on my personal experience. Its really painful to run after service engineers and customer support for their service.

UPS not working even after several complaints
I bought the microtek 800 VA double power ups from Nirman computers in Sept 2007 for Rs.3000 till last month it was working fine. Then i did not get the required backup. One power fails, the ups switched off automatically immediately. 1. I took the ups and carried it up to your service center and asked to do the service. They said "on site service is available" and i took back the ups2. I made the complaint over phone No.940 on 16/7/2008. They attended within 2 days and changed the battery. I charged the battery for 2 days and started using it. When the power failed, it went off abruptly immediately.3. again complaint no 70546. They came and changed the fuse, again When the power failed, it went off abruptly immediately.4. complaint no 1073, they took 10 days to come and that too after making more than 100 calls. Then too the same problem5. Complain not 35052, they came in 7 days, and again the same problem. The backup does not last even for one second.6. Again complaint no AUG27. No action yet.7. I made complaint to Nirman computers and he asked me to talk to MR Sanjay Mathur yesterday. And yet no action taken. My hard disk has crashed more than 3 times due to this and my work is affected. You know the essence of a UPS.

There is no any service from your dealer of jalgaon. I have purchased a microtec invertor from suman enterprises who is authorized distributor for exide batteries also. I have a purchase bill no.779 of dated11.11.2006 but from the date of delivery to till today the said dealer have not given any service to me. Is this type of sales after service by you. If i know the such type of dealers network you have we never suggest to anybody to purchase a inventor of made by microtec.

Infact one of my friend buyed True Power Z Series Inverter. Its a best Inverter. True Power provides best after sale service and hence satisfied its customer.

I have purchased one inverter of microtech before 3/4 months with the battery also from microteck. I have complained to customer care Microtech delhi on 12/7/2007 at 1.40 pm that my inverter is not working every day they said that our engineer is on the way now today the 16/7/2007 till 2.30 pm none of the visited my home.
I got MICROTEK 600VA UPS from your service provider last year. I given UPS to them due to no backup. They told me that (after two days )battery has gone.
Then they told me to come after two days. After 2 days i made a call to them still the problem not solved . they are asking another 2 days.

My brother had very bad experience with your services as well as behavior by your employees at Kanpur service center. I don't know whether people sitting in head office are aware about it or not so please consider this email as complain against your Kanpur service center as well as employee working there (especially Mr. Aswini Dewvedi who doesn't know how to talk with customer).
My younger brother (Isthiyaq Ahmed) purchase a new Microtek invertors on 14-May-2010 but it was not working when he tried to use it at home so he placed a complain about it. After two days one person come from the company and did something and it worked for 2-3 days and stopped working again. He again made a complain and came to know that he has to give this invertor in the service center. He dropped the invertor at your Kanpur service center situated at 186, Anandpuri, Kanpur on 06-June-2010 (tentative) and got one promise that he will get it back in 3-4 days but it didn't happen. He was keep on following with service center but nobody was looking responsible and after a lot of efforts he got invertor back on 8-July-2010 (After one month). But it was still not working at home and had been handed over again to the service center on 23-July-2010. No one in the service center is ready to reply about when we will get it corrected and employees setting there are using very harsh language.
Mr.Aswini at your Kanpur service center (186, Anandpuri Kanpur) told to my brother that work only be done as they wish if he wants, he can take his invertor back and can go ahead and make complain against them. I don't think this kind of language is official.
Microtek is a world class company but some people don’t think or doesn't know how to talk and what to talk. That makes company’s way a little difficult and spoils the image also. I just wanted to know is there any person from head office can help me somehow. My new invertor hardly work 4-5 days at home and most of the time it is at service center only. I want it to be replaced.
Please teach some ethics and give behavioral trainings to your employee sitting at Kanpur service center.
I am waiting for a positive response and hoping someone in the head office will definitely help me.

My microtek Inverter 1.5 KV is misbehaving ever since I purchased it...Sometimes It overcharges the Batteries (resulting in shorter Battery life) and some times it failes to charge the drained out batteries (Resulting in No Service when you need it).
We r paying around Rs.2, 500.00 / yr for AMC or Poor service of the company.
They simply put the blame on Batteries...The Battery co. Bosch says the Inverter is faulty. Inspite of repeated complaints the company (Microtek) is not responding. i have handed over papers to my lawyer for filing claim in Consumer forum.

Service center not providing services
From last three days i am calling to microtek inverter service center that my inverter had some problem but every time they gave me same response that our tech. Is coming to your home till afternoon, than next day so on.
Gurgoan has only one microtek service center and they are not providing service and they used abused language to customer.

I PURCHASED MICROTEK INVERTER E2 SERIES IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR. FROM LAST 10 DAYS IT IS NOT GIVING ANY BATTERY BACKUP. THE BATTERY WAS CHANGED RECENTLY. AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH IT. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RECIEVING MY CALL. KINDLY DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.

POOR IN AFTER SALES
I am very disappointed to say that being a Microtek Invertor user is the worst experience of my life. I own a Microtek Invertor (1400VA) serial # 8KGCNB/21133 bought from Jaipur in Feb'09.
I have reported complaint on 30-09-09 and the engineer from Jaipur branch took the electronic card saying that the same will be installed next day. But despite various telephonic follow ups with Jaipur branch, till date nothing has been done.
As every one is aware about power crisis in Jaipur, is it right to have small kids forced with sleepless nights even after investing in the Invertor.
Would like to know how & when I am supposed to get the invertor back in working condition?
NEED URGENT HELP!

There is no body to answer the call made from Noida (India) for servicing of the inverter.
hi, i have installed my microtech inverter before a few months. from the very first day it's not giving the proper service as its built to . some times its automatically becomes off automatically and with a slap on the cabinet again comes back . now a days its becoming very heat to touch . so many times i have called up to the distributor but no response from him . so it has to be considered .
