Jodhpur boots ordered
I purchased online a pair of men's jodhpur boots no other website had available. The charge on my card was $220.00. Immediately after the purchase I attempted to contact this company via their email which promised an attentive response. Three times over a month I contacted them and never received a reply. After emailing them I was contacted Navy federal credit union I received an email that the boots were delivered. I contacted the hotel I was previously at and no delays made and no viable tracking order was issued to me.
Claimed loss: $220.00
Desired outcome: Ban them from further businesses until they get honest.
