They got me good with their monthly service called the vault. I thought it would be worth it, but it was just a waste of money. I cancelled it and even got an email saying they received my request to cancel, but they still kept charging my credit card every month. It's frustrating and not cool.

I bought the 5daydeal bundle for $157 on June 8 and was not informed that the content has a limited timeframe. I only found out after I made the purchase. The website had a badge that said 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when I asked for a refund, the company said they don't give refunds. I wasn't told that the courses are only available for streaming and not downloadable. Customer support, Jeannette and Griffin, wouldn't give me my money back. This company is a scam.
